I would love to share some pictures of the great food, but unfortunately I don't have any food. I ordered a 100.00 of food and asked for it to be delivered for 6 pm. It is now 6:50 pm and no food. When I called, the manager told me she couldn't do anything for me and passed the phone back to the employee and left the employee to deal with it. Soundd pretty gutless to me.

Ordered the 1/4 chicken, rice, and potato meal for takeout through uber eats from here on Friday, May 23rd. It honestly wasn’t that great when I first got it. The chicken and potatoes were good but the rice was dry and the sauce that was on top of the chicken tasted odd. However, everything tasted better as leftovers the next day, so I’ll give it that at least.

Ordered a party pack and a family pack for visitors. Drove from the West end to downtown for a pick up. Spent over $150 and I asked if the buns were there. I was told that they were in the bags. Got home and the buns were missing. You would think that if someone would ask that they would confirm by making sure that the product was added. I was disappointed but was not driving all the way back for buns. A few of my visitors were also disappointed. I'm going to be reluctant to go there again.

Very disappointed. Thought downtown Minos would be more authentic like previous downtown Minos. Nope. Nothing was the same. The salade dressing, the tiny bits of marinated chicken? Not worth my half an hour drive. The girl serving me was rude. I never complain. I was so looking forward to the Greek salad dressing. RIP original Minos.
Disappointing experience. I liked Minos for years but things have slid since they moved. I had lunch with my daughter today. Ordered two chicken pitas. Bread was dry and crumbly. The whole thing was just bland and sloppy. They also need to improve the look of the place. Half of the menu is blocked by a huge fridge and the divider to the kitchen looks temporary. I know they can make good food, I've had it before. Come on guys!

The new location on Wellington St. still provides the same high quality delicious Greek food. I do miss the vegetables that once were included in the complete plate dinners, but their salads are awesome. Get an extra tub of tzaziki as it's garlic heaven.

Delivery took 1 h 45 min after original estimated order time of 45 min. I can appreciate that an alternate route was required but this was excessive. No call from the restaurant to acknowledge the longer delivery time needed and they were unapologetic when I contacted them to inquire about the food not being here. Food was cold. Directions for order not followed-requested olives on the side but they were in the salad. They did offer to have the driver bring a new one but what is the point if it will take 3 hours. A credit would have been nice. The amount charged at the door was more than it was supposed to be. Unfortunately, since I was paying cash, this meant the driver received less for a tip. This used to be a family fave but I likely will not be ordering again as we have had issues the last three times.
