There are always many vegan options to choose from at Mio Gelato! Their red handles are vegan flavors which is about 1/3 of their total gelatos! The only disappointment is that the gelatos flavors that are vegan are mostly fruit based sorbets. I would love to see some more creative vegan flavors from Mio Gelato using nondairy creams or milks! That being said I am always down for a goood fruit flavored sorbet and Mio Gelato does not disappoint!

A nice icecream spot! I got 3 flavors(a large): cappuccino, dulce de leche and pumpkin spice ashwagandha. The pumpkin spice flavor wasn't as pumpkin spicey as I expected but I loved the other two flavors. Having 3 different flavors in a cup was a little chaotic but it was nice to try 3 new flavors in one go.

Amazing place! Even though it's gelato, you'd swear you were having actual ice cream. They're got a ton of flavours, including some unusual ones (try Cereal Milk, trust me) and even though their prices are reasonable, they don't skimp on the portions at all. Loved this and will absolutely go back when we're next in Kingston!

This highly recommended spot in Kingston truly lived up to its fame! The array of ice cream options was simply amazing, offering a delightful variety to choose from. The portions were generous, and from the very first bite, we were transported into a world of deliciousness. Our group of four adults and three kids unanimously loved every moment of it. Even the sorbet was a hit, providing a fantastic low-sugar, low-calorie option for those seeking a lighter treat. This place is a definite must-visit!

This was such a cute little Gelato spot near the Kingston waterfront. It seems like it's the go-to spot in downtown Kingston for gelato since the place got packed but service was very efficient and the line moved pretty quickly. The gelato was delicious and had good portions. They had a good variety of flavours to choose from to your heart's content. I ended up getting the Pistachio and the Earl Grey which were both excellent and provided a nice contrast from each other. There are a few benches outside to sit, but really it's steps away from the waterfront where it can be enjoyed especially on warmer days.

Always willing to drive all the way from Mississauga just to have their gelato. I have visited this shop 5+ times since there is no gelato I have tasted as good as this. Recently tried the viva puff gelato flavour which was an accurate resemblance with a generous amount of sweetness. The customer service is superb every single time. I would love to visit again in the summer!
