I was very disappointed with my visit today. We had a party of 15 for a birthday, and while things started off fairly well, the experience quickly went downhill. It took nearly 50 minutes from the time we arrived before we were even able to place our orders. The restaurant was uncomfortably cold—so much so that several guests, not just in our group, complained about it. On top of that, the pulled pork, which we specifically came for, was unavailable. Staff had apparently known this since the morning, but no one mentioned it to us until we were finally given the opportunity to order. While I can understand that running out of a menu item can happen, the long wait, uncomfortable environment, and lack of communication altogether made for a very unpleasant experience.

This place is out of this world. We are vacationing in Kingston and went 2 nights in a row. Best BBQ food I have ever had. It's no just good it's 😋The service is absolutely fabulous. They are attentive and very friendly. Special thanks to Annette and Jacob. You must go there.
