Was really looking forward to trying a place called “Mr Poutine” thinking with a name like that they could at least make the dish editable . I ordered the butter chicken and it was hard as a rock, the sauce wasn’t even comparable to an actual butter chicken and the fries were something that tasted like it came out of my air fryer. My boyfriend got a pulled pork poutine that he didn’t realize was a mustard and pickle poutine , they tried to hide the hard pork behind all those pickles. We just tossed out 55$ so I would say save your money.
This is literally my best go to place. The staff is very friendly and polite….especially the Indian guys…food was amazing

Mr Poutine was an amazing restaurant. Friendly staff, great atmosphere with the music going, and I was impressed by the vegetarian options.

I recently ordered takeout from Mr Poutine and was thoroughly impressed. The process was smooth and efficient, making it a great choice for a quick and satisfying meal at home.I went for the Classic Poutine and it didn't disappoint. Even as a takeout dish, the fries remained crispy, the gravy was flavourful, and the cheese curds were deliciously gooey. I also tried the Chicken Caesar & Bacon Poutine, which was a delightful mix of flavours and textures. The Deep Fried Cheese Curds were a standout side – perfectly crispy and gooey. It was all packaged well, ensuring everything stayed hot and fresh until I got home. The service over the phone was friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience. Mr Poutine has definitely become my go-to for comfort food takeout. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Terrible food. I asked for gravy on the side and they didn't follow instructions. Ordered through skip and if I had known this was just Bubbas rebranded I wouldn't have, regret giving Bubbas any of my money. Don't order from here, most other people here say the same thing.

Do not recommend ordering from Mr.Poutine. I had order the 2 large piutine and 2 cheeseburger combo, asked for gravy on the side and they didn't bother. Burgers were burnt and overdone with zero flavor
Do not eat here sober. It may be good after many drinks. Was a bit hungry after dinner and a couple of drinks so we stopped in because nothing else was open. Workers were friendly and had good humor but the poutine was not good at all. Actively has turned me away from wanting poutine. The cheese is not squeaky at all, the gravy is like thick old sludge. The one star is only for the staff, would give less for the poutine. Also very expensive for what it is.

Don't know what the vegetarian poutine was made of. It was gross
Excellent experience! Unsure what the other reviews are on about, the burger was just right and the fries were perfect. I have got to find out what kind of oil they use :)
Parking: Some street parking on both sides of Princess. Or if you're feeling daring, the back parking lot of princess towers is probably good for a solid hour before someone notices you don't belong. Pizza Pizza parking lot is good too, but they're more agro about towing people.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp infront of princess towers > side door into restaurant. It's doable if a bit tight on the doors.
Enjoyed the onion rings and burger however had 1 bite of my Italian poutine and I almost vomit. I’m not sure if it was really old sauce or curry?? Whatever that was I spit it out after the first bite! I’m not sure how you mess up any poutine but WORST poutine I’ve eaten in my life!! One bite only blahhhhh and ever again. Overpriced garbage! Literally
Disappointing taste. The ownee should travel to Quebec to see what a Poutine tastes like. Fries are bad. Gravy is bad. Cheese curds are bad. Waste of my money.
WHERES MY HAPPaYMEL >:(
