This sub shop has been in business for over 30 years. There is a reason for that. Great subs and great staff.

Placed our 2 orders, the server took out the buns, placed them directly on the counter top with no paper underneath for either sandwich, had no gloves on , and slid the sandwiches along the countertop as he built them, then lifted the sandwiches and placed them on the paper after handling without gloves again! Not sure if there where new owners or just new employees like Tim Hortons and others have hired but thought this was pretty disgusting, instead of causing a scene or upsetting them, we paid and tossed them in the garbage outside, used to stop here every so often , but not anymore. Was contacted by Mr sub via google maps to contact them through facebook or their website, tried but website says you can give my info to 3rd party and do what you want, not happening, tried search for contact phone number but all listed as Mr.sub corporate office are phony numbers, so if you want me to contact you, provide a number please.

I really appreciate the food and service at this Mr. Sub location At Divison — it’s always consistent and the staff are friendly and hardworking. However, one thing that really stands out (in a not-so-good way) is the temperature inside the store. It gets extremely hot, especially during the summer, and I genuinely feel bad for the employees working nonstop around hot equipment with no proper cooling.

As a customer, it’s also uncomfortable to stay inside while waiting or eating. I strongly recommend that the store management look into fixing or installing proper air conditioning. A working AC wouldn’t just improve the customer experience but would also make a big difference for the staff who spend hours inside every day.

Hope this can be addressed soon, because everything else about this place is great!

I visited this place today. This place sucks.. there are flies roaming around the food.. the place is extremely hot that we decided to quit dine-in.. looks like there is no system of air conditioning… food is not upto the standards.. highly disappointed

I went there 4 times last month and recently too this month . The air conditioning is not working at all . Every time I went there is too hot . I felt bad for all the workers as it’s to hard to even stand there . Please fix your air conditioning

I order here often and cannot recommend it enough. The bread and toppings are always SUPER fresh (bread always tastes like it was baked that day) and the meat is very good quality. The service is super friendly, everyone who works there is wonderful and if they're ever out of something you want (specific cookies or bread) they take great care to make up for it which is so lovely.

I was not a big fan of mr sub before due to a bad experience i had at a mr sub 5 years ago ....but now i am liking mr sub much better ...found the lettuce crispy and fresh not mushy and the tomatoes were good and not mushy and the remaining vegetables i got were good too...the bread and the meat you can tell were fresh as well and everything was cold not room temperture like other sub places i have been to....i will definately be going to mr sub from now on

Tried this chain because it's Canadian but disappointing. Limited options for everything and paid $20 for one and a half small cold sandwiches. They don't melt the cheese or offer you the option. When I asked at the end you get told "well you have to ask for them to do that and it only warms the bread" like you're the issue. As a fist time customer I wasn't offered the option so how was I supposed to know without asking? Sad to see a Canadian brand fail so badly in comparison to it's American counterpart.

Do not get the roast beef and cheddar. They don't even know how to make the sandwich properly... I will not order that again
