We just grabbed a couple of hotdogs and we had a very polite young man serving us at 12 o'clock. So nice to see friendly personable staff. Just want you to know what a find you have in him. And the hotdogs were great as well .Thank you

Stopped by New York Fries at the Kingston mall on a busy, rainy Saturday and was really impressed. Despite the crowd, the staff moved quickly and had my order ready in just a few minutes. Fries were hot, fresh, and delicious. Great service under pressure—definitely worth a visit!

Stopped in for lunch today. There were 3 staff working. A female staff came out from.the back with a nail file in her hand she walked over to the cash area and began filing her nails. Shortly after walked to the door way going into the back leaned against the wall and continued to file her nails in the area where.food is prepped while her 2 co workers did their job. I was sitting close by and a line up began the female employee took a few orders and began preparing food. She did not wash her hands once. Lots of health and safety and hygiene issues. Absolutly disgusting!

Every time I there they make a mistake on my order. This is very disappointing. This new staff as of October 2024 doesn't care. They don't even say sorry or try to see what can do to make it better

Since posting this they are making things great by apologizing and making things better when I go. I really appreciate that they made things right. Thank you

There rat's that's the problem The food taste not great I guess okay The people is something. Just look at you for a couple seconds and just don't say nothing she itch her head And I have to grab my food and I found hair

I went on a Saturday during the lunch rush. They were on the ball and working as a team, constantly communicating.

I use to love New York fries. But today the Service was terrible the food wasn’t hot. It’s medium. And I watched one of the food prep handlers, scratch her face and then touch one of the spatulas I was so disgusted that I will not be coming back again
