The quality is less than ideal. Long wait. Absolutely never return. It’s used to be very decent.

Very rude customer service , staff is very unprofessional i ask him its easy if u can add instruction on your app as i am picking up the delivery order , the guy at the store said its not my thing manger have to deal with it & i was like generally u can the instructions so its easy for every one to find the store i waste 10 mints to find the store& he didt even answer the call at firsts & he was like i don't care .

If I could give a 0 I would. Rude male staff. Will never come here again.

On a quest to the mall we thirsted for a snack. Wandering to the food court we were surprised to find that the orange Julius was not also a Dairy Queen, a rarity these days. The smoothies were good but my boyfriend didn’t want to finish his small.

I've recently just started going to Orange Julius. The staff here are amazing and kind. Everytime I come here, I always order the premium triple berry smoothie with yogurt as well as the premium strawberry smoothie with yogurt. Everytime I get one of these 2 flavours, I'm 100% satisfied. I also enjoyed when they had the coupons on the premium medium smoothies. I will continue coming here :)

Me and my friends went there today at 6:00 pm and ask for fresh orange juice and the guy who was working over there was very rude. He don’t even have a sense how to serve customers. We ask if he can make fresh orange juice for us and he said I can’t we are too busy right now and there was not even a single person standing in line. We understand if it’s closing time but it was only 6:00 pm. He was not even listening to us and said to us go to bubble tea and get fresh juice from there, we feel he did racism with us. If there is an option to give 0 star I would choose that. That was so ridiculous and rude. I hope he should learn some manners.

The guy was very rude with us and he refused to serve. He said go to bubble tea and get the fresh juice from there and even we were standing there asking why you can’t give fresh juice at 6pm but he was not listening us and said have a good night. We were three people, he should’nt be say we are busy i can’t give you fresh juice. That was so ridiculous. I don’t even want to give one star for that service. So mean, so rude, it feels like he did racism with us. For next time we never want to visit this place and ask our other friends to stop visting this place.

I just want to confirm about your coupons. Correct me if im wrong. My wife tried to buy julius original using the coupon but the staff told her that she needs to buy 2 julius original first to avail the said coupon. Is it buy 2 get 1 free?Thank you.

I just ordered a large triple-berry with banana and I was give some sort of drink with yogurt and it’s not the large one with like a blizzard cup like they usually use so I wasn’t thrilled and I was planning on giving some of it to my sister and she does not like it
