Osmow's Shawarma

Genuinely one of the best experiences we had in an Osmow’s location. The food was great and the staff even better. They were very accommodating and helpful. 100% recommend.

My husband and I come here often. We prefer to go to the Gaddiners location since it’s closer to where we live. I usually get chicken or lamb on stix or half and half. My husband normally gets chicken or lamb on rocks. I’ve also tried to purine and it was wonderful! Always great, good price, good food!

Love the food here. A tasty lunch or dinner for the family.

This is the ONLY Osmows to order from in Kingston. Rice is cooked properly and the chicken isn't dry. I always order mine spicy and they deliver on the spice. Also the garlic sauce is always JUST enough without being soggy.

I usually order a pick up and they finish my order much earlier than expected.

I literally got so little meat it’s frustrating. Work across from this place and served me an entire box full of fries with a laughable amount of meat. Seriously got fries on the chicken. Not even enough sauce to eat half of the fries. Absolute joke, will be writing another review when I figure out how to add photos because it’s a joke how much I paid for a glorified box of fries

I usually enjoy ordering from Osmow’s, but I’ve noticed a consistent issue with portion sizes, especially with mobile pickup orders. Today, I received barely half the usual quantity, which was quite disappointing. This isn’t the first time it has happened, and it seems like mobile pickup orders are being given smaller portions. For the price, I’d expect consistency and fairness. Hope this gets addressed because I’ve always liked the food here!

Not recommended at all. Food had clearly been sitting out for some time and was not fresh at all. Chicken was dangerously undercooked and the staff was very short and borderline rude. Language barrier aside they were not pleasant whatsoever and argumentative when their own systems wernt working. Will not be returning, plenty of much, much better Shwarma places in kingston.
