Bought chicken om rocks large came home and opened there was no tahini nd garlic at alll. So it was dry no taste at all just spice rice and chicken successfully wasted 23$

I ordered a regular Chicken on the Rox, and honestly, it had no taste at all. It felt like I was just eating plain rice — that’s it.
There was very little chicken and barely any sauce, which completely ruined the meal. There was no flavor, no enjoyment, nothing.

I only realized how bad it was after reaching home. Otherwise, I would have returned it to the restaurant right away.
This was a complete waste of money.

What makes it more frustrating is that I’ve been to this location many times before — for food and sometimes even just for lassi — and my experience was usually decent.
But this time was extremely disappointing.

I got the chicken Shawarma, Definitely one of the better Shawarma places in Kingston The staff is friendly and meat and rice is moist I am best of all they actually make it spicy

I ordered chicken on the rocks for pickup , no sauce , the chicken was super dry and the rice tasted undercooked. I never had a problem with Osmow’s but today my meal was so horrible . I won’t be ordering from here again unfortunately.

The service and workers were very friendly at this location. Sadly the food was terrible. I ordered the chicken swarma box with greek salad. The lettuce had brown pieces in it. The chicken swarma was dry and there was not alot of chicken or toppings it was a whole lot of pita. Sadly I wont be returning there are far better swarma places than this.

Today I went with family, bad experience from order counter. The staff was very unpleasant and unwelcoming. Ordered a mango juice, she was not even ready to tell I have to pick it up from the fridge behind me. After waiting, she pointed out it. Then, when requested for a straw, she was so unhappy to pick it up for us. Felt very uncomfortable never before. Pls reeducate your staff.

If your restaurant decides, it's not taking orders in house, something should really be posted on the door so you don't waste people's time while they wait in line. Stood in line for ten minutes, only to be told.They are not taking any more orders. I guess Uber Eats and skip the dishes, Take precedent over, take out customers.
