Falafel was burt to a crisp and nothing tasted fresh. So many better shwarma places in Kingston. Very overpriced for the quality. Many of the five star reviews on here look fake.

I ordered a Fatoush salad for takeaway. (30th December, 8:15pm) Came home to find that there is no ‘fatoush’. I paid 11.17$ for a mix of lettuce? I called to ask about the missing fatoush (fried pita croutons) and the staff said they dont have anything like that, that it is just lettuce and vegetable and dressing. I am not sure if this is an error or a mix up. But please train your employees to know what a Fatoush salad is, if you are selling it on your menu.

I had my supper at Osmow’s, I tried first time beyond meat on Greek salad, it was outstanding and delicious. This is first time, I tried something like chicken, it looked exactly chicken but it was not, beyond meat ??is plant based meat and, something new option for vegetarian people, I am highly recommend to everyone try it.

I was trying hard to go vegan and was not able to forget Chicken, but today i tried Beyond Meat in supper at Osmow’s Gardiners Location, now i can say that I found the perfect fit. It was so delectable, and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Great food but it always takes way too long. Waited over 22 minutes for 2 chicken on the rocks at 4pm! Always alot if people waiting for their orders - even when they call ahead!

I frequently visit Kingston from Belleville and make it a point to alternate between the two Osmows locations during my Costco trips. The food at both places has consistently been superb; I've tried all seven daily specials and even crafted my own shawarma, always enjoying a stellar and generous meal. The staff is consistently kind and helpful, never rude when I ask questions before ordering. I highly recommend this place, as well as the other Osmows I've previously reviewed. Kudos to the professional and kind staff – keep up the excellent work, you all deserve your pay at the end of the week.

Staff upsell you without giving you an explanation of what's included and what's not. Happened to me twice. Writing this review do owners can better train their staff. Will be trying out a different Mediterranean place next time .Vegetarian options: Falafel amd salads is for vegetarians.
