I ordered my food from Uber at 6:15 PM and cancelled it right away but the uber won’t refund my money back as they already started preparing it. I understand that i cancelled it on uber and it has nothing to do with the restaurant. But i still wanted to call the restaurant at 9:30 PM and see if they can do anything about it . They said they can’t refund but they prepared the order and i can come and pick it up if i wanted to. So i got permission from work and drove there in a snowy road rushing to pick up the order. When i reached there in 15 minutes by 9:44 and asked for my order, the other guy says he threw the order away as it was long. So, i asked them why did you tell me to come and pick the order?. He said not our fault, the order was cancelled on uber. I said i know that it was cancelled but when i called you guys, why did you tell me to come and pick it up?. He says sorry for the misunderstanding and started being rude. It was 32$ for the food and over that i missed time from work to reach there just to face one of the worst experience from the shop. You can’t just tell someone to come and pick up the food and throw it out. Really bad. It’s not going to be spoiled in two 2 and a half hours.

Bad food and bad staff ever in seen in this place, I brought chicken shawarma wrap and they give me in just 1 min that I thought its good but not Was bad food and cold food that I ever had I told staff for that may be it was by mistake but then they suddenly treated bad So take care before buying any food from osmow's shawarma at princess st And i will suggest to never go there.....

I used to order shawarma from this place all the time and it was always good, but the last three orders have been extremely disappointing. The first time, I ordered two items and only received one. The second time, I specifically selected the NO onion option (which costs an extra dollar), yet my meal arrived covered in onions. I still decided to give them one more chance, so I placed a large order of over $50. They didn’t label the bags before handing them to the delivery driver, and I ended up receiving someone else’s food entirely. On top of that, I never received a refund for their mistake. I’m completely disappointed that none of these issues were properly addressed. Three strikes is more than enough, clearly this location no longer cares about accuracy or customer satisfaction. Sloppy, careless service is not a good look, and I won’t be returning.

I ordered Chicken on the ROCKS®, but it was missing the hot sauce. I also paid extra for garlic sauce and received less than half a cup. Really disappointed with the service, felt like I wasted my money.
