I wanted to like it, but I can't. The food is mediocre, at the most charitable.
The shawarma was an under-flavoured mess whose sauce was spilling a memss out of the container. The fatoush salad was bland and covered by some sort of bizarre nacho chips.
It seems like this place is really invested in some menu marketing gimmicks. Shawarma on rice is "on the rocks." On fries, it's "on the sticks." They couldn't list a platter as a platter — it has to be an OzBox. It made for an overly cluttered menu jam-packed with nonstandard terms, which is something that'd be forgiveable if the food was great, or even just good.
Would I eat it again if I was hungry and someone put it in front of me for free? Sure, probably. Would I spend money again for a repeat of the meal I had? No
Kingston has some decent-enough shawarma places. This isn't one of them. It would take a pretty significant re-vamp of the food quality to make me willing to order from them again.

I’ve ordered from Osmow's several times, and each time, my drinks are missing from the delivery. The food is great, but this is frustrating and disappointing. Despite adding a note to for them to double-check that everything was included, there was always something missing.
