The last pizza I had there was absolutely disappointing. Completely loaded with green peppers and hardly any meat on a works. Not the standard you used to sure. Too many amazing Pizza places in Kingston to spend $35.

Horrible customer service. Has changed drastically over the years. Never admit to messing up orders and just blame the customer even though we have proof of order from the online app.

Papa John's to the rescue! After a harrowing 6hour drive through the most inclement weather, our friends delivered a perfectly cooked, well done, thin crust made to order best ever supper/breakfast/lunch! Thank you for saving our day! Maybe we won't get groceries tomorrow and order another perfect pizza!

I've been at this location twice as well as I am not from this area. Found a hair in my pizza. Pulled it out with my mouth while I was eating. Almost got sick. Seeing as I am not from there, I contacted the main business and was told a manager would get in touch he never called or nothing. Very disappointed won't return.

Does anyone else have an issue with garlic dip cups from the west end location? Last two orders, I pay for an extra garlic cup…get pizza sauce. Tonight I pay for a ranch and blue cheese, don’t get a garlic cup but replaced with pizza sauce…are they just incompetently stupid here? Not sure what the issue is but the garlic butter is the reason I order this slop
