Whenever you call to order instead of online order they are unable to process any of the advertised deals from the website. Instead they say you must order online or pay regular prices with no deals. They used to have a walk-in special but don't have that anymore either. Since it is literally beside a Little Ceasers it makes a lot more sense to go there. I don't know how this business will survive like this.

Horrible customer service and dinner. I had 3 pizzas ordered to be delivered at 730pm, the restaurant tried to deliver it at 515 but my party isn't ready until 730, the time I asked for it to come. I politely told the guy on the phone that I need it for 730, as it would be cold by the time my guests arrived. The driver brought it back to the restaurant and they called back at 530 and were ignorant and hung up on me when I tried to remind them of 730 that was asked. I then drove myself to go and pick it up and save them the trouble of delivering, just for them to give me cold pizza as they left the previous pizza out on the counter for 2.5 HOURS for me to come get. The manager told me to pay for new pizza if I wanted it hot and that he wasn't wasting pizza and hung up on me again.

Ordered a pizza at 10:18. Got a call at 10:45 from “the manger” saying my order had been cancelled because they were getting too busy and they closed soon (11:00pm). This made zero sense because if you were getting busy after my order why were other orders that were making you busier than you were when I made my order taking priority over mine? This is just bad business. I wasn’t impressed and told the gentleman who said he was the manager that I’d like the name and number of his boss or the owner to which he would not provide me with. After a short period of questioning him he decided they were now able to make and deliver my pizzas. I declined and once again asked for the owners contact in which I was not provided. Would love to review the pizza, but I never got one. I really hope the owner sees this and realizes the hands his business are being left in. This is also the only negative review I’ve ever written in my life. Normally I find the positive and focus on that However there was nothing positive about this.

I got takeout and received the wrong pizza, I called and they said to bring it back in and that they would give me the pizza for free. I assumed they met that they would refund me for the inconvenience...nope! They didn't do that but they finally agreed to give me 50% off my next order and took down my info and when I called a few weeks later to order a pizza and reminded them about the 50% off, they acted like they knew nothing about it. Completely incompetent employees and honestly I will not be ordering from here ever again -- extremely bad customer service!

Ordered a pizza that was suppose to be well done. It was burnt. The crust was harder than cardboard and everything else was rubbery. Not to mention I did not get the extra garlic sauce I ordered.after a few more visits I’ve observed even more things about this place that is concerning. Employees touching their clothing and wiping their face/nose and hair with their hands and than touching the pizzas.

I've posted 59 reviews to date... and this is my very first 1-star review of a business. I held off for almost 3 weeks now, hoping that there could be a resolution, but unfortunately there has been zero effort made to sort this out (and a lot of rude/condescending comments from the store Manager whenever I called in).I made a large order for a child's birthday party using the app, costing roughly $92. I placed the order on July 14th, for pick-up on July 15th at noon (12pm). I have the screenshot of the order showing this info.Somehow, unbeknownst to me, the app submitted the order to the franchise for 12am (midnight), not 12pm (noon). So when I called the store on July 15 (from the birthday party full of people), they said that they made the order at midnight the previous night and then threw it out because I didn't show up... I tried to explain that I made the order for noon, and had proof that I submitted the correct date and time on my end. They said that if it was an app error, they couldn't do anything about it, and if I wanted my pizzas for the party, I needed to pay for it all again ($184 total).After the order had been paid for again, they told me to contact Papa John's customer service since they couldn't do anything to help me on their end. I called Papa John's customer service, and they said that only the individual stores can provide refunds, not through customer service. They suggested I call my credit card company and dispute the charge. I called the credit card company and they said they couldn't cancel the charge (since it had already been processed and paid) without a written record for dispute resolution, and that it had nothing to do with the credit card company at all... so I contacted Papa John's customer service again, opened another ticket (and they said they were going to investigate a potential IT/app error), and I never heard back.Everybody is pointing fingers at everyone else, and no one is willing to help (least of all the Store Manager at this location). Terrible customer service. Never again.

Very rude costumer service. “Asking what do you want!?” when picking up our oder. Then 2 of the garlic sauces are busted in 2 of the boxes. Leaking all over my kids pants who was holding them in the car and making the pizza nice and soaky. I call and being told it was probably the persons fault who carried them! I don’t think so!Keep your smart opinions to yourself and change your job, because you are not meant to work in costumer service!

Worst pizza place!I was watching them how they were preparing the pizza and believe me or not, all of their employees do not were gloves and even worse than that, I saw some of them while preparing the dough worn their rings on their fingers and it disgusted me!They touch their phone, body and then touch the dough!!!!I talked to them and they are not open to suggestions with a very huge attitude and I am not sure how this business is open with this much ignorance about personal hygiene and overall safe food handling.I don’t recommend this place as safe food.
