Back in the day 15 years or so ago, we all loved Paradiso after a few beers. I was in the area last night and thought I would treat my family. I'm not sure what changed, but something certainly has. The sauce tastes like something you would buy at Walmart, perhaps Primo spaghetti sauce. I'm not sure what's going on or what has changed, but I think they should get back to producing the quality food they once did.

They don't even deserve one star, lazy company, long wait times for an inferior product...don't waste your time here, it's not even a shadow of the former company that it used to be. Paradiso USED to be great back in the day when they were located at the Rockliffe Plaza, I don't know if it's owned by the same people, but it's absolute trash now.

Hunk of doughy bread, with sauce and toppings under cooked and slopped on.
Ham chunks reminiscent of spam, sauce no more flavored then chef boyardee spaghetti sauce topped with hunks of poorly cut red onion and no name brand sausages sliced like hot dogs for kraft dinner.
Idk what universe these guys grabbed their pizza reciepe from but good lord put. It. Back.

As I try to be conscious of my money, I'd rather support an independent business, than pumping franchises with more money.. I ordered small pepperoni.. waited around 30-40 minutes wait for the pie.. while in their slow hours by the looks of it.
Lady at the front seems worn out .. seemed to forget about my order when re entering.. I hope if "pizza" really is their bread and butter.. which is skeptical due to the service and quality. That they turn things around.. I won't be returning..

They messed up the meat on the pizza, then when we called to complain they offered a credit for a new pizza. When we went to cash in the new pizza they completely messed up on and under cooked, I was told it's 10% off my new order.
Don't order delivery. They are HORRIBLE!!. MAYBE dine in is a better experience
