We lunched at Pho Kingston 2023 03 14 and it was wonderful. Service was prompt and courteous, the food was in our opinion excellent. The restaurant is bright and clean, we did not check the washrooms but I would expect with the basic cleanliness of the dining area that they would be more than acceptable. Lunch for 3 (of which two of us took some home for later) plus 2 spring roll appetizers and 2 takeout dishes was $90. For me this translates to at least seven servings for that...read full review
