To be honest, I would expect way more meat in an XL pita (especially when it's advertised as double the meat). Pretty disappointed in my (basically) veggie pita for $20 lol.

Typically, I have no complaints about this place, but whoever was on staff tonight needs to be retrained.
I ordered 2 chicken cesar pitas, very standard. I get the same thing every time, iceberg lettuce, cesar dressing, and parm. Not toasted. My partner's was the same only with croutons.
First - They told me they had no iceberg lettuce. Weird, but okay.
Second - I get home to see my pita is toasted, which I specifically said no to. So I turned around after driving my partner home to go return it.
Third - When I get back they now suddenly had iceberg lettuce (maybe a 5 minute drive there and back) there was NO WAY they prepped lettuce that fast, if they did we could have easily waited. The employee then realizes there's no parm and she doesn't know where it is.
Finally - When I do get home and we both start to eat we realize there's basically no cesar dressing on either of our pitas.
Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and lack of quality in the food. Will likely choose other locations which seem to be more consistent.

We ordered two salad bowls and a wrap but they were going to prepare 3 wraps. Not paying attention to the order. We were able to correct it. I then noticed. They did not put any vegetables (onion, mushroom, etc.) on the grill nor asked us, just meat only. Cutting corners, I guess.

This please consistently charges for extra cheese and then doesn’t give you extra cheese. I shouldn’t have to remind someone just to be questioned if I paid for it . You just toon my order it’s been not even 2 minutes

Well I use to love pita pit but now each visit is worse than the one before. From low quality chicken now to just plan bad service- the menu is crumpled and damaged and not readable all folded in on itself in the drive thru- the tv screen to watch what they put on has been broken for years… this time my mom rider was missing the mushrooms green peppers tomatoes alfalfa and black olives, plus I requested light tzatziki but had a huge glob in the middle, and the pita was crunchy? Did they toast it without asking first 🤷♀️
