Pretty good. Better than bad. The zesty chicken was delicious, but it started really falling apart towards the end. Still good tho. Nice spot to sit outside

Generous toppings and sauce. Service was a bit slow but friendly. Great outdoor seating area.

I felt like a senior in a yuppie bar. The food was expensive and no better than Subway. The servers need to return to Pita Pit university. The apprentice was mangling my food so the old hand took over for him. The place was practically empty but the service was brusk and unhelpful. The only upside was that it was supposed to be all Canadian.
Visited today. Clean dinning room, friendly staff, easy to order with the electronic kiosk. The staff are always nice and helpful, also very attentive.
First-time visitor. I ordered a chicken Ceasar wrap, and the cross-contamination of the ingredients was ridiculous. I'm not sure if it was from the grill or the containers of ingredients.
I have an allergy to onions, and there were onions all in the wrap. The gentleman working the till was gracious and offered to remake it for me.
The lady who remade it even took the new ingredients from another fridge and remade the wrap. And it STILL had onions on it.
It was unfortunate. The staff were super understanding, and I really appreciated the effort, but I'm not sure how onions ended up in everything.
Super quick service.
Staff were careful when preparing my gluten free pita.
Very friendly staff.
Absolutely terrible service. Live in kingston and came here 1 too many times. I ordered the most simple wrap on the menu. Chicken CAESER with extra meat. Payed the price of that exact pita. I grab it, it feels light. Get home what do you know, they didn’t put caeser dressing on any of it, not to mention the skimped on the meat. The guy taking my order was rude aswell. Tell me if that photo has any caeser dressing in it. Also put spinach in my wrap when I didn’t ask for it.
Don’t go here during lunch rush, or just don’t go here in general.
Go to any other location.
