One of the mixed female staff working there was very rude. I asked for a combo and the person that served me misheard and must have forgotten to add it. That’s totally fine, but when I mentioned it, one of the other ladies that didn’t even take my order or make my food said “no you didn’t” and walked away. Fortunately one of the guys was willing to update my order. She should learn how to behave towards other humans.

The worst experience I have ever had in my life. All the workers don’t know what’s happening and the wraps are smaller than my index finger. The food making process is not clean at all. The only time I’ve ever felt the need to leave a review.

this is an outrageous location. the most useless service i have ever seen and the most unorganized staff i have ever witnessed. they could not move any slower. please hire more staff who care about serving poor hungry students. thanks ❤️.

Placed a mobile order for 6:15 at 2:30 today… got here to pick it up at 6:20 and they still hadn’t started the order. Waited over an hour to get my pita, and it was cold. if you’re fine waiting an hour for a pita then have fun but pls hire more than just two people..
