Service is lacking in many stores these days BUT this place is always friendly and helpful! Where every other store wants to hide the napkins and and charge for an extra sauce….this place asks if you want plates and napkins. Highly recommend!

Ordered using the online app. Set to have my pick up time at a specific time a few hours after I ordered. Pizza was ready and hot for pick up. The manager was there and he was super friendly and courteous. Pizza was great. Ordered 4 pizzas using buy one get one for 1$ off the app. Great deal, great value. Came to 67 with tax for 4 large, in today's economy that's a solid deal.

This place deserves no stars. After watching me struggle with a faulty gift card, the staff offered no solution, compensation or anything. They just let me leave crying with no food or any information on how to make this issue better. I've been ignored by support staff. Maybe it's because I don't share the same skin complexion as the workers, because they seemed to enjoy mocking me in their language rather than say something to my face in English. Unacceptable! I'm ashamed to have even wanted to consider this hole for food in the first place. No one else better have problems because they'll most likely be left with the same service I received. Next to nothing.
