Worst customer service . One guy was so rude when i placed an order in this location .

Today, Wednesday, April 9th, 2025, around 2:00 PM, I ordered a pizza and wings for myself and my toddler as a special treat. The pizza tasted great, and everything seemed fine. We didn’t eat anything else besides that pizza. A few hours later, my son started throwing up violently, and soon after, I began to vomit as well. We both experienced food poisoning. Thankfully, we are okay now, but it was a very disappointing experience. Pizza pizza has always been one of my favorite food choices since childhood, so it’s disheartening that my son went through this due to the carelessness in handling their food. This is the first time either myself or my son has had food poisoning

I started working near this location and went in for the cheap slices and they’re very consistent with having some ready, then I started ordering and the pizza was quite good 👍

Absolutely terrible; no worker at the store when I arrived, tried to upcharge me, bad attitude, and even after waiting 15+ minutes they decided to do other tasks rather than get my food

My sister ordered a simple cheese pizza, and it tasted awful— like something was off. To make matters worse, the ranch dipping sauce was super runny and looked strange. My sister ended up with food poisoning and has been sick for the past 11 hours. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who hate puking all night.

ORDERED door dash, 45 min, two drivers dropped due to time at pizza pizza. Told door dash orders go behind pizza pizza calls. Secondly called pizza pizza call centre said no phone numbers to call stores and then can't look up Uber eat orders. PIZZA PIZZA Kingston Princess Street have been around too long. I plan to use my dollar elsewhere. Customer Service Non existant
Was given the wrong sauce and because i ordered through uber eats customer service wont do anything. I don't even want a refund of my order, i just want the sauce

We attended here on Monday 23 Dec just after 11 am. The gentleman who served us was so kind and helpful! He honestly made our day! I wish i had gotten his name! Great service will come back!

I ordered two pizza from here and I got both pizzas really good. It has good cheese and topping as well. Amazing experience. You can try this location as well.

Placed a mobile order on the app. Don’t usually come here but it was convenient. Only option was to pay online, fine, good. Sent my partner in to grab said pizza, and he was charged again by the guy at the till when it said on the receipt it was already paid for. I then went back in, let them know their error, where their staff member proceeded to act incredibly inconvenienced (by his own mistake, I mean, your website doesn’t allow pay at pick up as an option) he proceeded to take almost 5 minutes to count out $30. And gave me two 5s, a 10 and change. Was too frustrated to even bother going back. Will never visit this place ever again, seems a little insane to have someone who can’t even count money working your till.
