Today, Wednesday, April 9th, 2025, around 2:00 PM, I ordered a pizza and wings for myself and my toddler as a special treat. The pizza tasted great, and everything seemed fine. We didn’t eat anything else besides that pizza. A few hours later, my son started throwing up violently, and soon after, I began to vomit as well. We both experienced food poisoning. Thankfully, we are okay now, but it was a very disappointing experience. Pizza pizza has always been one of my favorite food choices since childhood, so it’s disheartening that my son went through this due to the carelessness in handling their food. This is the first time either myself or my son has had food poisoning

I started working near this location and went in for the cheap slices and they’re very consistent with having some ready, then I started ordering and the pizza was quite good 👍

Absolutely terrible; no worker at the store when I arrived, tried to upcharge me, bad attitude, and even after waiting 15+ minutes they decided to do other tasks rather than get my food

My sister ordered a simple cheese pizza, and it tasted awful— like something was off. To make matters worse, the ranch dipping sauce was super runny and looked strange. My sister ended up with food poisoning and has been sick for the past 11 hours. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who hate puking all night.
ORDERED door dash, 45 min, two drivers dropped due to time at pizza pizza. Told door dash orders go behind pizza pizza calls. Secondly called pizza pizza call centre said no phone numbers to call stores and then can't look up Uber eat orders. PIZZA PIZZA Kingston Princess Street have been around too long. I plan to use my dollar elsewhere. Customer Service Non existant
