They do deals but when you ask suddenly they cant honor it. There is no condition on their poster. Maybe they need to be clear with their condition. You can stand there for 10-15 min and you will be ignored

⭐ 1 Star – Very Poor Experience With Online Order, Refund Handling, and Food Quality I am posting this review on this page to share my experience with how my online order was handled at the following store and to inform other customers about the company’s online order policy. address: 277 Bath Rd, Kingston, ON K7M 2X6 I had a very frustrating experience at this Pizza Pizza location.
I placed an online order, and payment was taken before staff confirmed item availability. After payment, I was told a soft drink was unavailable, but another employee later stated it was in back stock, showing a lack of coordination among staff.
There were only two customers in line, yet my order was not handled efficiently and staff began serving others instead of resolving the issue. I requested a refund only for the unavailable drink, but the employees at the cash counter cancelled the entire order without clearly explaining or confirming it with me.
When I asked for the names of the employees working the cash, they declined to provide them, which felt unprofessional. I was also unable to speak with the store owner or management.
Customer service follow-up was also disappointing. Nou*** (ID 6872) contacted me, but the conversation focused more on explaining the store’s position than resolving my concern, and no refund was issued. Another agent, Mic***, left a voicemail with a resolution message but did not discuss my issue directly or provide a callback number.
After nearly 60 minutes, the order was remade. Unfortunately, the pizzas were undercooked and not acceptable to eat, so we had to discard them. This left me concerned about food preparation standards at this location.
Overall, there appears to be no clear or consistent process for handling online order issues or refunds, and the experience required an unreasonable amount of time and effort as a customer.
⚠️ I would advise caution when placing online orders at this location.

Never expected that from pizza pizza. Me and my partner ordered mix and match bundle today Dec 25 in evening around 5 and got food poisoning I am writing this at 10.30. I like pizza pizza we come more than 3 times in a week but this time we didn't like the pizza I knew something was off and now we got food poisoning I don't know the different person was working there and food was awful as compared to regular days. I love there garlic moon sticks but I am scared to have that food again from that place. Please make food properly with precautions I am writing this to the person whoever was there at that time because have of the stuff was uncooked even I put well done.

Never have ground beef, funnel cake sticks were clearly sitting in oil and taste stale and they replace things in your order without asking... next time refund me instead of sending a delivery order with random stuff.

I kept standing there to place an order even though the person working there saw me , ignored and came to the front after 20mins. I ordered I slice of only cheese and one garden veggie, but at first he made a mistake and handed over the pepperoni pizza. I asked him to change that and he gave me the veggie but when I came home and started having my pizza this is what I found in it.
So pathetic, they don’t know customer service neither they have any hygiene.
I will never go there again. In fact *Pizza Pizza is not an option for me anymore for lifetime*
