I ordered pepperoni pizza cause that's my goto when going for a slice there. Got my slice and it was piping hot which is great! Now, getting into taking a bit and it was crispy, and that's what I love but and what else I love Is tast8ng their signature sauce. That was non existent it tasted like cheese bread. No taste of sauce what so ever!! So disappointed and will not return. I loved going here because I grew up in Toronto and had my first taste of it there I was a kid. It seems restaurants, IE chains are skimping on ingredients especially here!!! Another place ruined experience. Maybe for the best to stay away from these places. So sad.

There used to be this nice man who made the pizzas and greeted the customers, he put care into the pizzas and I've always had great experiences with him.
I'm assuming he doesn't work there anymore as the pizzas have just gone down hill. Most if not all the time, the pizzas are very misshaped and barely have any toppings.
Half of the time I would order thick crust and I ended up with thin crust. Very disappointing.
