Had a wonderful experience at Pizza Pizza today. George, the cashier, was incredibly kind and friendly. He welcomed us warmly and even allowed us to use the washroom in the back. His amazing attitude made our visit so much better. Huge thanks to George for his outstanding service

Stopped by Pizza Pizza for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised. The staff greeted me with a warm smile and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. The pizza was hot, cheesy, and delicious — just the way I like it. It’s always nice when good food comes with great customer service!

Service is really good m, especially simran, she’s so dedicated to her job.
Went in just after 10pm. I stood in the front waiting for a team member to come out. I called out and said hello with no answer. I could see a team member standing behind the ovens on their phone. I called out again, still with no answer. It took me calling out 4 times and asking if I could place an order for the team member to finally put their phone down. She also had headphones in, maybe that’s why she couldn’t hear me. I mentioned that I had been waiting and her response was that her collègue was just up front sweeping.
I remember when people would get fired for having headphones phones in while working, never mind fully ignoring customers and choosing to continue on their phone.
Very disappointing as this is my first time here and often stay at a hotel near by when I am in town. Not a great first impression with customer service.

I placed a pickup order and specifically added a note asking for the pizza not to be cut. Pretty simple, right? Well, I show up, take the pizza home — and of course, it’s completely sliced. I called to let them know, and instead of apologizing, they gave me some lazy excuse like it was no big deal.
If you’re going to offer a special instructions box, maybe actually read it? What’s the point of adding notes if you’re just going to ignore them? I had a reason for that request, and they completely dismissed it like it didn’t matter.
Between the careless service and the rude response on the phone, I won’t be coming back. If you can’t get basic instructions right, you don’t deserve repeat customers.

The Pizza Pizza on Highway 15 is always a great stop! The store is clean and well-kept, and the service is consistently good. The pizza is tasty and fresh every time. The staff is very welcoming—especially the girls working there, who are always polite and friendly. It's clear they care about providing a great customer experience. Highly recommend this location!
