But pizza pizza charge me 19.99CAD extra on next day as I checked my account... so bad not genuine delivery girl from pizza pizza.... I have attached the bill here if anyone want to show it...

Had the worst experience at Pizza Pizza (277 Bath Road). The girl working after 1 a.m. on Friday night was extremely rude. We just asked about toppings and dipping sauce deal and she replied in a very disrespectful way.
I also waited 5–10 minutes near the counter for ketchup while she was eating inside. And when I asked her for ketchup she gave me the ketchup and asked rudely “Is that enough??”
If customers have questions, staff should respond politely. This kind of behavior makes people not want to come back.

I visited Pizza Pizza around 1 AM on Friday and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with one of the staff members. The girl working at that time was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of providing basic customer service, she acted irritated and dismissive, which made the whole visit uncomfortable. I understand it’s a late shift, but customer respect should never be compromised. I hope the management addresses this, as it really reflects poorly on the store.

I bought two pieces pizza for take out. The clerk selected 20% tip for me without let me knowing it. I noticed that after I paid. Disgusting. Don't go to this store.
I was walking into my apartment building tonight with groceries. As I was walking through the parking lot a delivery driver middle aged with a dark suv, backwards baseball cap and longer hair was speeding through my parking lot inches from almost hitting me, then proceeds to run through the door as I unlock it. I would have said something but was in shock and dis beleif. We have delivery drivers in and out on a regular basis aswell as regular traffic and have never once felt so unsafe or disrespected in the parking lot of our home. I was a delivery driver for pizza pizza in belleville years ago and not once did I ever endanger anyone's life.

Absolutely the worst experience and pizza I have ever had in Kingston. The wait time to even be acknowledged was appalling, the place is dirty (read other reviews where someone found bugs in their pizza...this makes sense now), and the pizza, to my mistake of eating it, was undercooked to a point where I only ate half of it. All I have to say is wow. I'm pretty sure it was the owner in my interaction, not the staff. I don't think this owner cares at all. Go elsewhere.
