I recently tried Popeyes and had a really nice experience. The chicken was hot, crispy, and full of flavor. I also liked the fries—they were fresh and tasty. The place was clean, and the staff was polite, so everything felt comfortable. Will definitely visit again very soon.

Very friendly, good service, very clean and very good flavour - what I've come to expect from Popeyes.
We ordered online. Our card was charged, but the order said it did not go through. We called three times without answer. We went to the store and they said they couldn't do anything about our card being charged. We were told to take the online issue up online. We repeatedly requested a real person, but the chat it failed to put us through. They told us our food would take ten minutes. It took over 20 minutes. Our order was incorrect, but the staff did add the missing items without issue.

I feel like the mobile orders or the fact that there was no more than 2 people on staff in the early afternoon on a wednesday made it so it took about 30 minutes for 5 chicken tenders and fries to be ready. 3 guests in the restaurant (2 of which waiting to pick up their order) and one guest actually eating in.
Hate to see what it would be like at dinner time or a weekend.
