I love Popeyes. I am loyal to them forever. I have seen owner/operators in several cities making chicken (not just what they have extra at the end of the day, fresh cooked) to homeless and needy folks alike. I know it's not a corporate initiative but something they pay out of pocket. Socially responsible regardless and I appreciate the heck out of it. I've been in that spot before and it's wonderful that society hasn't totally gone to heck.

So basically I would definitely beware of what food comes out of this place if you're ordering from Uber eats as it made my 9-year-old son sick and he puked it all out. He had the spicy chicken sandwich and he's normally good on spicy stuff but this one was bad. I would check the food first before consuming. Also the fries didn't look cooked has he had a poutine and the onion rings look like they were cooked for 1 and 1/2 minutes and not fully cooked for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. As for my son, he is fine but I strongly recommend checking the food and making sure things are properly cooked

Second time in a row I’ve ordered from the counter and received an entirely different order. There’s no effort to rectify the order with the correct food, there’s not even an acknowledgement from the staff. After you leave the store, don’t even try to contact them via phone because they’re just as inattentive to the phone as they are to confirming orders… it’s one thing if you have multiple people working the counter, mix ups happen, but you’re having someone take the order, then proceed to hand out the incorrect order moments later…. There’s two people in your dining area, and an empty drive thru… honestly- extremely disappointing experience start to finish. Extremely disappointing.

Customer service is great at this location especially when the lady came to us in a very respectful way telling us it is past 10 and they are closed. The tone was respectful and she even apologized to us that she told us that

So dissapointed. Popeyes on Bath, between 3:30 ish and 4 pm today Dec 3/24. Ordered a#1 original chicken sandwich with fries combo, a classic #2 with fries combo, and a separate small gravy($2.99 plus tax). Drove home no gravy in the bag, no receipt and don't bother trying to call the store's phone number. No answer and place to leave a message. Not happy! Tried another Popeye number And they picked up. Please pick up the phone. Would like a credit for my missing item next time hubby wants Popeye, as your sandwiches are very good. Follow up!

Food is good, but my god they can't read an order if it comes from Uber Eats. At least 3 times I've ordered an extra dipping sauce when ordering from Uber Eats, and I don't get it. Yes I can get a refund from Uber Eats, but it's upsetting that it happens almost every single time. What's the point in selling extra sauces if you don't actually give them out? And while $0.50 isn't much, it's still not free

I ordered 16 pieces of family meals i got all the chicken fresh & crispy.Employees are really good & friendly enough.It was lunch time restaurant was pretty much busy but employees was trying to give the best customer service.Restaurant very clean & enough lighting.Must go to place.
I bought 8 pc combo last week and got 7 pcs. Didn't have time so I ignored it. Today I went to buy it again and same thing. When I went inside from drive through the girl on the counter told me we gave you 8 pcs. I got pissed left the chicken there and no refund. I am not a fan of being called liar. This is as shitty as customer service get. And here I thought RBI bought and made improvements. What a joke.

Horrible service… I came here for large mashed potatoes and a pie, was instantly served a small mashed potato that had been sitting there for only god knows how long, so I said I had asked for a large and to get a copy of my receipt and sure enough they had tried charging me for a regular instead and when I asked for a refund and correction on my order the cashier started arguing with me and trying to insist I instead buy 2 more regular mashed potatoes to get “the same amount” which would have both cost more and not actually been less. Afterwards I finally got my refund and waited around 20 minutes for the new potatoes. Finally my brother tried ordering his meal and they refused to give him his receipt although they had been calling his order number to try to ask him a question about the order. All in all we waited around 45-60 minutes for 2 sandwiches, a popcorn shrimp and a bowl of mashed potatoes… I used to love this Popeyes when I was in highschool but unfortunately the staff has wildly declined in customer service quality over the years, will not be coming back here again.. the workers in the back made wonderful food though so 5 stars for my food experience for taste.
