Their bubble teas are so good! My favorite one is the Berries Cheese Cloud. The only thing I do not love about Presotea is the amount of plastic and the unnecessary insulated bag when you order online, which they make non-reusable due to the strong sticky tape. It would be nicer if they made it reusable and/or used an eco-friendly bag. I mean, you can use a solution to remove the tape and make it reusable (which I did), but a lot of people will not do that.
Additionally, their cups are really high quality, so I'll probably start encouraging people to reuse them. It would be great if Presotea offered an xx% discount for customers who bring their own Presotea cup; otherwise, it's a waste of plastic. Not everyone will reuse or recycle them.

Good evening! I am writing to report a bad customer service experience I faced at Presotea Kingston. I placed an order today via ubereats and was waiting around for the order. After waiting for a long time I went check upon the order at the counter and the lady at the counter said someone took my order already and they had my same name & order number. The person also blamed me saying I did let someone took my order purposefully and came around to get a free one. The server was rude and racist and blaming the customer for her mistake was hateful too. I am someone who orders too often from this place and this is the first time I am facing such a situation. I hope someone will look into this situation so that your employees would be more careful with future orders and no other customers will be in this situation and doesn’t have to face the hateful comments from your employees.

Tried the mango and Pearl milk tea mochi drinks! They were really good with a strong fresh mango flavour and the tea was brewed fresh with a deep flavour. We wish the price was more affordable and that they put more mochi in the drinks. It would also be nice if they could offer mochi as an extra topping for other drinks as it’s only available for the drinks part of the mochi series.

I am very disappointed with the service I received. I ordered two Mango Cheese Cloud drinks, and halfway through one, I found something like a white stick in the drink, which was not edible.
When I called the next day to report it, I was told to call back later when a manager or supervisor was available. A few days later, I spoke to a supervisor, explained the issue, and gave all the details. However, I was told nothing could be done, and the call ended abruptly.
When I called again, it took several attempts to get an answer, and when someone finally picked up, they were dismissive and rude. This has been a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Refreshing mango yogurt smoothie. A little steep on the price at almost $10 but it tasted good.
Have been to this location many of times but I was last here yesterday, August 26th, 2024 around lunchtime. I always get a regular passion fruit lime fruit tea with basil seeds and aloe vera with 70% sugar and less ice (pictured). It’s my go-to and it’s so refreshing in the summer. The sizing is also worth the price compared to some other bubble tea places, in my opinion. I ordered takeout this time around but I’ve also sat in multiple times in the past. The service is great and they’re very quick to make your order. The vibes are also really nice inside with the sweet smell of fresh mangoes! Would definitely recommend!

I ordered an avocado cheese cloud but received a berry cheese cloud instead. I returned to the store, and the staff insisted I had ordered berry, despite repeatedly confirming it was avocado during billing and delivery. I am allergic to berries, and when I pointed out the mistake, the staff was rude and blamed me for not checking the color. I even apologized for requesting my correct order, but the attitude was dismissive. While the taste and quantity are good, the customer service was disappointing. I won’t be returning.
