Consistent fast preparation and excellent tasting bubble teas. Slushie drinks have lots of chunks of real fruit, tasting great despite missing sugar level options for slushies

Came again and ordered 3 drinks. They expect you to walk out of there holding all the drinks yourself without giving a bag or at least a tray. Asked for a drink tray but got the answer of “No we do not give drink tray unless it’s an online order” $40 for 3 drinks and can not even get a tray is ridiculous. The girl took the order just put her hands out grabbing my money from my hands without telling me how much. Horrible! Horrible!
Original: Big cup of drink but quite disappointing of their milk tea. Mostly milk with very little to none taste of tea. Mango slush is great but a bit watery.

Always great service and the drinks are always delicious! I really enjoy trying the variety of flavors and whether I order in person, on the app, or through delivery, the presentation and taste are always spot on. Thank you!

Their bubble teas are so good! My favorite one is the Berries Cheese Cloud. The only thing I do not love about Presotea is the amount of plastic and the unnecessary insulated bag when you order online, which they make non-reusable due to the strong sticky tape. It would be nicer if they made it reusable and/or used an eco-friendly bag. I mean, you can use a solution to remove the tape and make it reusable (which I did), but a lot of people will not do that.
Additionally, their cups are really high quality, so I'll probably start encouraging people to reuse them. It would be great if Presotea offered an xx% discount for customers who bring their own Presotea cup; otherwise, it's a waste of plastic. Not everyone will reuse or recycle them.

Good evening! I am writing to report a bad customer service experience I faced at Presotea Kingston. I placed an order today via ubereats and was waiting around for the order. After waiting for a long time I went check upon the order at the counter and the lady at the counter said someone took my order already and they had my same name & order number. The person also blamed me saying I did let someone took my order purposefully and came around to get a free one. The server was rude and racist and blaming the customer for her mistake was hateful too. I am someone who orders too often from this place and this is the first time I am facing such a situation. I hope someone will look into this situation so that your employees would be more careful with future orders and no other customers will be in this situation and doesn’t have to face the hateful comments from your employees.
