I always love coming here but today really blew my mind with how wonderful their service is! My girlfriend dropped her drink on the floor and they gave us a free one for the troubles! They didnt have to at all but this is why i only come here! Thank you Presotea especially Jocelyn!

Super annoyed with how they continue to abuse our resources. I have approached the manager the way they use an excessive amount of water and let the tap continue to run for extensive amount of time just to rinse their pitchers. They still haven’t done anything about it to be more environmental friendly. Their menu listed the purple potato coconut and apparently it has been discontinued for a long time now.It is important to ensure your menu board is up to date with that you currently selling.The pricing is getting outrageous. Two bubble tea with taxes will come to $20+.
