This restaurant and staff is fantastic! I have eaten here many times. But I happened to order on slip for pick up but I had selected this restaurant as it’s my favourite NOT the one by my work. I tried to invoke skip the dishes is hopes they would be able to reach the restaurant quicker and just stop the order and I could redo it….. WRONG skip wasted so much time and caused so much confusion …. Awful… BUT the staff at quesada … perfection… I called them explained what I had done and just like that… they fixed it and communicated with the other restaurant for me so my food would be ready at the pick up time… WONDERFUL food AMAZING staff

The best burrito place in town, I have tried all but in Kingston this is the best in quality & service. I always recommend this one to my friends.

I have been to every other restaurant in this chain in the city. And this one never disappoints my stuff is always bad tasting or cold. I don’t know if they don’t keep their fresh like they are supposed to or if they just let it run out every night instead of replacing it as needed, however, it is always the worst when I eat here . Today was no exception except for I’ve been having a horrible week and to try and make my life easier. I wanted to get a burrito, but this shit is an edible. It’s literally dog food.

Quesada is my favourite fast food joint, my experience with this location has been the worst.
The First most upsetting thing is the fact that after i had tipped the employee serving me informed me that 100% of the tip went to the OWNER which is completely unacceptable. Secondly, the quality of the food was the worst i've seen, glassy veg and dried out meat, something that shows a complete lack of care for quality. Cherry on top was the garbage left on top of the cashier counter as I paid. I walked into a dead empty restaurant so there was no excuse for that. I didn't walk away from my order as I was desperately hungry but I know now to never come back to this location who cares little for food quality, cleanliness, and steals tips.

Eshawn (probably spelling his name wrong) is amazing. He’s always on his A game and makes the best burritos. We love coming when he’s working. He’s consistent and very pleasant.

I have given this location my business repeatedly in the past until today, I will not be returning. You can excuse somethings but what are you feeding people? First bite I got the stale taco shell, but next experience my teeth were unable to break apart something rubbery in the taco mix. My taco with grilled (uncooked chicken) with of course an extra charge of roasted vegetables, as I wanted them but (tasted of oven cleaner) came to nearly $14. The food was beyond terrible, hoping people take more pride in ownership in what they are serving food and they are able to eat. Stomach is now reacting. Thank you for the unforgettable lunch.

Had a horrible experience but not entirely the fault of the restaurant

Put through a $90 order by skip the dishes, when it was delivered over half the items ordered were missing and not even on the receipt which was cut off at the bottom

I've spoken with the restaurant and he's tried what he can to make reparations and hopefully skip the dishes will actually refund the money but has made the whole experience frustrating having half my family without their meal and money spent that didn't amount to anything

Like I said the restaurant has tried to make reparations but the whole situation is what led me to give a low review score, hopefully they can work with their delivery partner to avoid this situation in future

Hard to time communicating because of language differences. The chicken was supposed to be plain chicken and was spicey.

I am beyond disappointed. I never take the time to write a negative review but I am a frequent customer at this quesada and the one in Amherstview and have never been so disappointed. I got home and realized right away I was missing a whole quesadilla and chips from my order. Drove all the way back and had to wait again for my order. I previously did an online pick up order and wasn’t ready when I got there the first time and waited a long time. Got home again and realized my little one’s kids meals only had one burrito and was supposed to have two. Opened the burrito and zero cheese or rice just chicken on a wrap. They always put chicken and cheese. My veggie and cheese burrito was missing a pile of toppings and had zero cheese. The worst experience. I wish this post would allow me to post a picture because the photo of my food speaks volumes. Avoid this place

Food was terrible. My 10yo kid got very sick and in great pain after having the pork Al Pastor quesadilla today. Would not recommend anyone eating there. Ever.
