My family of 4 Ubered four large burritos last night on our way to Toronto. They came out really good, but they would’ve tasted better if some of the filling wasn’t so cold. It’s great that they keep the lettuce and others fresh, but personally I don’t like when the cheese is cold. It’s better melted in my burrito.

Great portions, but I feel like Quesada’s sauces are always too runny. It makes the eating process more difficult when the juices are squirting out every bite. I don’t have this problem with other burrito chains.

Worst burrito I’ve ever had. Rice was not cooked and chicken tasted like it came out of a can - got a 2 for 1 on uber and had to throw it out. Inedible.

Great customer service!

Burrito came out burned and he asked if it was ok, as a suggestion don't ask customers for advice on doing your job. He did not replace.

Horrible place..
Paid 14 for burrito bowl and it’s literally 7 bites..
then my daughter wanted orange juice and they are out and I asked well do u have water.. and he says no.. so I paid for the combo and didn’t even get it.. and one tiny quesadilla.. which now I look at menu and it says choose 2… she got half of one..
Ridiculous

If you’re leaving a tip, consider giving it in cash! I’ve recently learned that the owner keeps online tips instead of passing them on to the hardworking employees. To make sure your appreciation goes directly to the staff who deserve it, cash tips are the best way to go. Thank you for supporting them!

This restaurant and staff is fantastic! I have eaten here many times. But I happened to order on slip for pick up but I had selected this restaurant as it’s my favourite NOT the one by my work. I tried to invoke skip the dishes is hopes they would be able to reach the restaurant quicker and just stop the order and I could redo it….. WRONG skip wasted so much time and caused so much confusion …. Awful… BUT the staff at quesada … perfection… I called them explained what I had done and just like that… they fixed it and communicated with the other restaurant for me so my food would be ready at the pick up time… WONDERFUL food AMAZING staff

The best burrito place in town, I have tried all but in Kingston this is the best in quality & service. I always recommend this one to my friends.
