Disappointed. I spent 20 dollars just on chips and queso which was supposed to the a huge size. And what was delivered was a bunch of chips and a tiny container of queso. Really?! For 20 dollars. Then I tried calling them, 3 times. They never answered. Will never order from here again.

We order ahead online for pickup, and there is ALWAYS something missing from our order. Whether it’s a side, the protein in the bowl, the protein in the quesadilla. So disappointing.

Was unfortunately disappointed with the quality of our burritos tonight.
We used to regularly order from this Quesada, however it's been a couple of months since we were last here. We used the online order feature with pickup which was quick and efficient.
Our burritos were 95% rice. Barely any vegetables, toppings or sauces were added at all. And that's after paying $1.50 extra for veggies. Very disappointing to be spending $35 on two burritos to have food of this quality. I think it will be a long time before either of us return.

On Friday may 23 at 6 pm, I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant thanks to the outstanding service from one of the girls on staff. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Her warm attitude really added to the atmosphere and made the night memorable. I’m from Quebec and honestly wish we had staff as great as her. Definitely coming back!

There was only one hardworking employee at this Quesada location. The owner was extremely rude toward the staff. She forced employees to act overly nice just to get tips and then kept the tips for herself through the system. The employees were treated very poorly, like they were being worked to the bone. Terrible management and toxic environment.
Quesadillas are better at bar burrito, meats mixed w random veg that worker couldn’t tell what it was, spicier even though I said no spice/mild and they put more toppings then the meat that you pay to actually get on it.

If you’re leaving a tip, consider giving it in CASH!! I’ve recently learned that the owner keeps online tips instead of passing them on to the hardworking employees. To make sure your appreciation goes directly to the staff who deserve it, cash tips are the best way to go. Thank you for supporting them!
