It was steak night. Cook could not cook a steak at medium well. First round was medium-rare, second time was medium. Last one was overdone.
Food is always good there. But that's the one and only time I will try their steak.

I went here for my sister's Birthday and our server charged me for 5 extra drinks on my bill. I'm very disappointed in the service here and it completely ruined my night. She also added drinks that I had already paid for at the bar to my bill. I didn't drink anything at all so I can definitely still count and she still refused to take the extra drinks off my bill. My sister is in really good shape for someone that had "14" drinks.

I attended an event at Raxx in which I had brought hand outs for. There were too many people for the hand outs. The staff at Raxx braved all the trouble a printer could possibly cause and made more copies for me. Great service! Thanks very much!

Went for our Christmas party on December 28, 2024 I told everyone how good the food was and to order dinner once we got there. Unfortunately Raxx made a liar out of me. We ordered our meals and waited over an hour for any food to come out. We did recognize the place was busy and the kitchen was overwhelmed so we didn't make a big deal about it. When the food came out, that was a different story. My chicken burger was literally like a piece of leather on a burnt bun, the chicken pita had charred chicken peices and a burnt pita, the pizzas where cold and all the fries where cold. Sadly, I sent my food back and didn't bother to order anything else, seemed pointless. The band was excellent so we stayed to watch Sourthern Ale but we ended up leaving early to grab McDonald's. The kitchen staff should be ashamed that they served food like they did. That's how a good reputation gets ruined. Our server was pleasant but also overwhelemd our table was going to the bar for their drinks. Most of those from our party had never been to Raxx and are not interested in going back now.

What a great place! It's huge! Pool tables, bowling alley, sports bar, live music, fabulous food specials, there's something for everyone. The menu is expansive, and they have these special food nights, rib night is not to be missed! We've been to listen to music, to watch sports games, to play pool and, of course, to eat ribs. The staff is fabulous: friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We love it at Raxx!

We come here mostly every Friday (steak night) he ordered a starter platter n steak well Everything came out together therefore either are steak was gonna be cold or the platter would be. Waitress asked if we wanted to have are platter redone we said sure all they did was put in under a warmer to keep it warm. Very poor service.

We had our daughter's engagement party at Raxx. The platters are pricey for basic finger foods. It was a nice evening either way.
Me and my partner arrived with a large group reservation. This would be my first time visiting.
We were handed a small sheet with limited main menu options (5 to pick from) with the choice of any of the appetizers.
Drink service was handled well, but trying to get a refill on water was difficult.
Our waitress was sweet and did her best but with our large group it was chaotic.
Once our group started to order, it seemed to take a while to get food. It was busy during our visit but I expected a faster turn around.
Atmosphere and location is really nice.
Im not too happy about having a limited menu to pick from as none of the choices were appealing to me or my partner and the others of our group.
The live music is a great feature to the location.
I got the buffalo chicken dip which was good for the price. I would say the appetizer nacho is worth it, it is very large and comes with sauces

Popped in for a hot minute on Saturday nite,,,our server was great. Always smiling on a busy night. Straight haired blonde gal. We were up near the darts. But not at the darts. She was great. What a lucky night as one of my favorite local bands were playing......... ..............R-Banned, they were great, people were dancing, we even hit the dance floor a couple of times. I really hope you book them in again. Great experience, thank you 🤝😎
