Just had my birthday dinner at Redhouse downtown. I love the West end location so we figured we would try the downtown location. Our night started with being seated and told they had another reservation at 730 and that we had time for dinner that’s it. Then we ordered our food and the food was most definitely not worth the price. I got the duck ragu and the duck was dry and over cooked, my partner had the chicken club that tasted like turkey, while my son had the scallops which was over priced for what he received (5 scallops on veggie puree). The waitress was extremely polite and her service was fantastic. The restaurant was beautiful but freezing.
Needless to say, we will not return to the downtown location.

We were here on a Tuesday about 630pm so it was quiet. Everyone enjoyed their meals, club sandwiches, pulled pork and veggie smash burger. I had a local beer, Patron IPA and it was great!
The fries were great, we all tried some! One of our party ordered them based on the smell from the next table.
Danielle our server was very friendly and helpful, received our order by memory and it was accurate, closed our tabs for us and assured us we were able to stay and she was nearby if we wanted anything further 👍

The food was good. Service was decent (could be better). There were a few flys that kept flying around us at our table, Kinda gross so unsure if we will be back anytime soon.

Ended up stumbling upon this restaurant after a few others in the area seemed not our style. The food was amazing and the bartender (Justin) was extremely personable and kind. Highly recommend the cauliflower appetizer and the Brussel sprouts as a side. Food was amazing.

Went for dinner with the wife today, while visiting Kingston Ontario.
Even though parking was hard to find at first the experience was worth it. The portions you receive here is alot more than I would've expected and the food is very mouth watering, like on another level. We over ordered cause we didn't know the portions were going to be that big. At the end of it all we ended up spending about 150$ which included at 25$ tip.

Here's what we ordered:
*Blackberry Mint Fizz (a great fizzy drink for the non alcoholics)
*Chicken Bites (great app with a great portion size)
*Parm Ranch Fries (recommend for anyone who likes/loves parm. These fries are addictive)
*Kimchi Fries (This was something completely new for me but tasted great, would recommend)
*Veal Tomahawk Steak (mouth watering, melting in your mouth with a blast of flavor I'm sure you've never tasted before. Highly recommend, anything between medium rare to medium well)
*Seared Rare Tuna (delicious with the blend of flavor from the fried rice and seasonings. Would recommend as well, hands down)

Worst burger meat I've ever seen, dry and stale, like it was microwaved twice, and it SMELLED. Stale bun, soggy fries.
And the waitress had such attitude taking it back to the kitchen. Will never go back.

Awesome night and meal at the Red House. We had the soup of the day, gaspacho, which was amazing, and the pork belly. Then we enjoyed the special of the day, Alfredo pasta with salmon, as well as the chicken club. Everything was so good!

Was recommended Red House by a friend and had one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. What was even more impressive than the food was Justin and the incredible service he provided. I’ve managed FOH for nearly a decade and Justin hit every mark with excellence. He was passionate and excited when offering recommendations, he was fun and quick witted while not being overbearing. He did a great job at making you feel like you were at a friend’s house being treated to a 5 star meal. The vibes were calm, relaxed and professional. Thank you to Justin and the red house team. Well done!

I always enjoy the friendly service and excellent food. Plus, it doesn't hurt that it's great value.
