The service person there has zero etiquette. Instead of letting us think about what to order, he told us to hurry up as there is 30 minutes left to close the store. I guess some people need to do a customer service program.

Extremely Dangerous Experience – Found Glass on My Pizza!
I had a shocking and unacceptable experience with Red Swan Pizza that I need to share to warn others. I ordered a pizza from their kingston branch, and to my horror, I discovered a piece of glass on the pizza while eating.
This isn’t just bad service—this is a serious health hazard. Imagine what could have happened if I or someone else had bitten into it. I immediately contacted the store, expecting a responsible and urgent response, but the reaction was careless and disappointing. No sincere apology, no proper resolution, and absolutely no accountability.
I’m deeply concerned about the safety and hygiene standards at Red Swan Pizza. This kind of negligence is dangerous and completely unacceptable. I will never order from them again, and I urge others to think twice before trusting them with your food.
This experience has left me extremely disturbed, and I hope the proper authorities investigate how something as dangerous as glass could end up in someone’s meal.
