I had worst experience at this place, There is no customer service and no listening skills including manager as well, I have requested 3 times to remove few toppings before making order still they add it and I and my wife both got allergic to those, plus I have tell them to make it thin crust but they gave me as it is. And there is 0 customers service(Manager includes).

I found this Pizzeria & it instantly became my favourite! The food is phenomenal. Their Pizza has a new & unique twist with it's sesame seed crust.
I was blown away. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was friendly and on-point, and the food was done in 20 minutes. I don't even like pizza. I have been back several times and I'm aiming to try all of the Gourmet Pizzas on their menu. Don't miss out on this. It truly is a Golden Nugget in Kingston's West End!

Don't trust the 45 minute estimated delivery. I ordered a pizza at 7:20 tonight, (delivered at 10:10, missing dips*) and it still has not arrived. (9:50) I called once at 9, was told it would be a couple more minutes. Then I called again at 9:30 and was told another 20 minutes before hanging up unapologetically.
I've picked up from here before and the food was good, but unfortunately after this experience I won't be ordering delivery from here again.

On 18th September evening time me and my friends visited their, service was very good and the employee talked with us very nicely and she guide us very well and told about the deals. Meal was so delicious and enjoyed well that evening.
