We tried the Back Yard or Patio this evening. As usual, the food was great. Staff were pleasant. The only issue I had was they don't serve coffee after 6 pm. As a non-drinker, I found this odd. The server advised me that the coffee that I was served was actually not for customers but the owners. That the management was watching and she wasn't going to put a pot on. Horrible!!!!
We PAID over $400 and they placed us in a corner facing a wall. Not just any wall, the one at the end of the venue and essentially right by the band.
We were practically trapped at our table with cold mediocre food, crap tasting complimentary sparkling wine and poor service so was so much so they forgot about us after dinner. How could we request assistance if no one is coming by!!
