The food is good, but I was absolutely ripped off on an order. Was charged for items that were not delivered. When I called the store to discuss the situation, their response was indifference. Extremely disappointing customer service! I've been a long time customer, but won't be going back.

Like, seriously, hours late! 🕰️ Food's kinda okay, but who cares when the service is this bad? Worst part? The staff's attitude. Super arrogant and UNRESPECTFUL towards customers. Avoid this place at all costs! I ordered 12 pieces today (Dec 26) and it was horrific. At first, I thought the weird smell was just the baking powder in the batter, so I ate 1-2 pieces. However, by the third piece, I realized a disgusting ammonia smell (like urine) was coming directly from the chicken bones and meat. This is a clear sign of decomposing, spoiled meat. It is dangerous and unacceptable. I had to throw everything away to avoid food poisoning. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Ordered through uber last night. We ordered their BOGO which was the O-ring burger but Recieved a cheeseburger with a couple pickles and Mayo... Then they were closed so we couldn't have this corrected and I was left hungry. The burgers we got were over cooked and definitely not 5oz halal as advertised. Extremely disappointed to say the least.

I ordered 2 poutines for pickup 1 tandoori and another butter chicken.But there was no chicken in second one. When i called them first they declined that its not possible we make you order as expected. And as a resolution they told me to bring it back as i told them i live far away from you r restaurant they simply end the call without saying anything. It was a very disgusting and disrespectful service I received from this store. I have been ordering from this spot from more than 1 year.

went to Rooster Shack on 28th November around 8:00 PM, and honestly, the service was terrible. I walked in and said hello to the girl at the counter, but she was too busy on her phone, laughing and talking to someone instead of attending to customers. She didn’t even bother to acknowledge me.
If this is the kind of service you’re giving, your restaurant won’t last long. Really disappointing and unprofessional.

Where do I even start? One time I ordered food from this establishment through Skip and it took over 2 hours for the food to arrive with no explanation of why it took so long. Was it any good after it took that long, no, it wasn't as good as it usually is.
The next time and likely the last time, the restaurant forgot part of my order, they told me I could drive to the location and pick it up. I was very polite, respectful and kind. They hung up me clearly because they didn't want to deal with it. I call back, they put me on hold for a while and say they aren't doing anything about it, I can pick the item THEY forgot to pack and hung up on me again.
Hard service is extremely hard to come by these days it seems.

The food is really enjoyable. The chicken is crispy, a little on the dry side. Since i prefer slightly dry this is perfect for me, though if it's not your thing there's that. Seasoning/spices are very flavourful, the chicken is not bland at all.
Price is exceptionally fair. Portions are good, not so large that you can't finish, but large enough to feel satisfied, especially considering the price.
The food is halal and hand slaughtered.
Seating is very limited. Id recommend planning on either eating in your car or taking it home.
