As long as they never change the sign out front, or the name, this place gets five stars. In the 1970s Ontario taverns very often boasted that they were "fully licenced under LLBO" therefore could serve to the max and I am glad that someone still does.It would get six stars if they still had the same sign out front that they did when our Prime Minister came here to get pist, but hey that's not a reasonable ask, that was 200 years ago.
After spending $30 on drinks on St Paddys, I asked for a cup of water and the bartender said “we’re serving booze, if you want water go outside and open your mouth it’s raining”. Safe to say I’m never coming back.

Happened by this lil GEM on a weekend getaway to Kingston. We were looking for live music and somewhere to play pool. Ample parking in a back lot. Was close to our accomodations and I have to say, we had one of the funnest nights we have had in YEARS. 2 bands played the night we were there. The staff was amazing, patrons were a blast and the pool table was FREE to play. The owner was adorable and very friendly. We have discussed going back with a friend for an evening just to visit this bar. Can't say enough about how fun our evening spent here was. Wish we had tried the food too. Next time guys!!
