I would give them a 0 star if I could .I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I purchased a product based on the information they provided, which turned out to be completely inaccurate.
When I reached out to return the item, they refused to take it back—even though the mistake was clearly on their end. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, and I was left stuck with an expensive product I can't even use.
This kind of business practice is unacceptable. If you're going to sell something, at the very least stand behind the information you give your customers. I won’t be buying from them again because they clearly don’t take responsibility when things go wrong

My mother and her friend were in the store today. What an absolute joke.. such a rude representative, wearing sunglasses inside mid day, repeatedly saying “I just can’t, I just can’t, I just can’t” and excusing her behaviour on a migraine? Stay home then… we had to ask to pay, she demanded where they stand in the store, told them to move and walked away to serve another customer in the middle of their transaction. We came to realize this is supposedly the manager or owner? Well, we will never be back. Avoid at all costs! I truly don’t know if I’ve seen a store treat someone like that.

Walked into this place, and she jumped out staring at me with a loud voice, she asked: “What you looking for?” Ok! Impressive customer service. Went to this place asking if they had a supplement I needed, she answered but I could not hear so I asked again. She yelled at me that she had never heard of that. Fine! I left. Guess what she did after I walked out of the store? Banging on her shelves and throwing boxes, made sure that I know she was not happy with me being there. Rude! Rude! Rude! No wonder why this place is always so quiet.

I love this health store and the lady employee is very knowledgable and helpful. They have thousands of beneficial health foods, supplements and much more. I've been studying health for 40 years and this is a great store for staying healthy and feeling great. I'm a senior and my hair is still dark. I feel young, healthy and happy and don't need reading glasses. My doctor for 30 years has never recommended any perscriptions for me ever. I invest in and protect my health with health food, superfoods and supplements. Even the last 7 years as a senior I'm still in perfect health not even a cold, headache, or other health problem. Some people ignore and even laugh at health food, meanwhile I ignore their skepticism and love that I still can enjoy the many benefits of my feeling young and healthy all the time because I take health food, superfoods and supplements. You only get one body in this life so treat it well by giving it the healthy nutrients that it needs and deserves.

I've bought some stuff from this location before, always a pretty good experience. Went in today to ask if they could exchange a toonie for 2 loonies for the little photo booth outside the store with my kiddo. (Never had an issue with this in my life at any other store the odd time it's ever happened) She said no. Wow, ok. She then tells us to go to the hair salon and try there, which we did and those wonderful ladies exchanged it no problem. Then overheard the woman at S&H on the phone saying "If they'd of bought something I'd of been fine with it." This place will NEVER get my business again. Overpriced and I don't want to support a store that employs such rude people.

I just discovered my new Moringa shop. I was so surprised when I saw their display of Moringa products at the entrance that I walked in right away.Great location in the mall carrying great natural supplements and other products for your health.

Bought a tinture (not cheap), opened just outside the shop. The cap was broken (would have leaked everywhere), asked for an exchange literally 20sec later cause it was an obvious defect. And was told nope! Sale is final!
