A truly different dining environment. Just had a lunch with my family today at Sapporo. Another customer paid for our bill and that totally made our day. It says a lot about the clientele here. Thanks so much! It was very delicious!

Charming little family owned sushi place. Great, friendly service, and you can tell that they care. My partner and I had the All You Can Eat, and although the menu was more limited than other places I've been to, what they do have is well done. Easily the best seasoned sushi rice I've had, and the fish was all fresh. We would definitely revisit

I brought my girlfriend here for dinner and we had such an amazing time. The sushi was delicious and the service was also amazing. We got the all you can eat option and the owners enthusiasticallly suggested options to us, made sure we were enjoying everything, and prepared our food incredibly fast.
Go here!!

Do yourself a favour, scroll past the lonely 1 star reviews with personal agendas, and check out this place.
Great buffet with fresh and tasty food. Everything is well stocked and the quality is consistently good. They also make their own soya sauce and it's not as salty as other places. The rolls are ginormous and very fresh tasting. The staff are friendly, and the value for the price is excellent. I’ve been here multiple times and will definitely keep coming back!

The food was amazing. The atmosphere very authentic. The service good. The chef even came to the different tables to talk to the guests. Don’t let the facade of the building deter you.

I’ve been coming to Sapporo Sushi for a long time, and it has always been one of my favorite sushi places. The quality is very consistent — the fish is always fresh, the rolls are well made, and the portions are generous. Whether I’m dining in or getting takeout, everything is always prepared carefully and tastes great.
The staff are friendly, welcoming, and professional, and they really make you feel like a regular customer. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed, which makes it a great place to eat with family or friends. The Boston maki is still my absolute favorite and I order it almost every time — it never disappoints.
Great food, great service, and great value for the price. Highly recommend Sapporo Sushi to anyone looking for quality sushi and a reliable place they can always count on!

If I could give zero stars I would. The experience I had at this restaurant is something I have never in my life encountered. The soy sauce was watered down. The restaurant doesn’t carry spicy mayo. The seaweed salad was frozen. The maki rolls lack fish and are basically all rice which is sour. The sashimi was cut so thin and skimpy, not to mention the quality of fish was bad. We asked for plates and the waitress laughed at us and asked what we need plates for. Then when she came with the plates, they were wet, and she didn’t have enough plates for all of us. The miso soup came out last, which is unusual because usually it comes out first. When we asked for spoons the chef said “drinking miso soup with a spoon is like drinking Diet Coke with a spoon.” After a disappointing meal I expressed my frustration to the chef and his response was “this is how we do things here.” Sapporo will NEVER see me and my friends again and I urge you to pick a different sushi place if ur trynna muck 🍣

Great sushi at amazing prices, staff are super nice and helpful, interior is very homey. Quick service too! The chef was kind enough to give us one roll on the house when he saw how much we enjoyed other spicy rolls.

I’ve never left a bad Google review before. If I could give this sushi 0 stars I would. The smallest pieces of sushi I’ve ever seen and it was basically all rice. Everything drenched in sauce so you don’t notice it is all rice. We also ordered a green dragon roll and only 2 of 12 pieces had shrimp, the rest filled with yam and tempura bits (see photo). Also very questionable looking salmon. I understand wanting to save money but this restaurant is straight up cheap. Much better sushi in Kingston - avoid at all costs.
