Price is good and it was authentic shawarma in town, if you are from West End this is the best.

Good service but terrible food. I went with my friends and we all had stomach issues after. The shawarma was old and dry. Went an hour before closing and they had taken the chicken off the skewer and put in a small pot. They took it out of the pot and put it on the grill.

Went to Shawarma El Mina on my first visit to Kingston, On and it was the best middle eastern food I have ever had! The owner (or manager) was incredibly kind and let us try a bunch of their different sauces (all incredible!) and gave us helpful recommendations on what to order. The amount of food they give you is 12/10. We got a Kafta platter (best I’ve ever had) falafels (delicious) a donair poutine (so so yummy!) and a mixed platter (delicious!) and although it was definitely way too much food for 3 people - it was well worth the price. I will forever be trying to recreate the Garlic sauce (Toum) and the incredible El Mina sauce! Thank you for putting so much passion into your food, it truly shows!
Staff are unorganized and disrespectful. It took 40 minutes before they announced they were out of particular items and couldnt prepare my order. Poor service and quality of food. Tried to give them a 2nd chance after bad experience there last time. Wont be back or recommend to anyone
