We always have great experiences and great food at Sima. The fish is fresh and the soup is amazing! This is our favourite and one of the best sushi places in Kingston for sure. Today they were so busy cus it’s Valentines but the food was still amazing, there was a bit of await but it’s worth it

This place is my favorite place for sushi/sashimi and nigiri. Their ingredients are fresh, delicious and crafted with lots of attention for detail. I highly recommend their hotate (raw scorched scallops) as they are the only place in town that does it correctly and man are they fresh and delicious! All their fish is really good and they are generous with their portions. Another recommendation is the salmon tataki which they torch to perfection and served with their home made tataki sauce. Also highly recommend their chirasi bowl with a great assortment of fish and flavors. Out of this world flavors. Service is always great here and they keep the restaurant clean and tidy. They are a little pricey but I guarantee you it's worth it. I have been going here for 6 years now and they have kept their standards.

All I can say is that the food here is fresh and delicious. Every time I make it to Kingston I stop in and they never disappoint. Perfect every time. It is a small, quaint little place although can be a little cool in the winter time if you sit to close to the door. Drafty I would say.
