Our dealership just got catering from here and it is second to none. By far the best sandwiches and salad I've had!!!

The brisket and street corn were both amazing 10/10, I’ll definitely be back for more.

Our server was nice but really slow to bring drinks, our bill and the machine to pay.

The bathrooms are nasty, when I walked in I thought maybe I ended up in the staff bathroom instead, but nope. Please put some money into the bathrooms. Even cheap finishes would be an improvement.

You nailed the food, which is the most critical and the thing that’ll bring me back, but the rest of the experience needs improvement. Hoping to see changes next time I’m in!

Great restaurant. The food tasted great but it came very cold. Waitress took a long time to come get our drink order... Then our drinks arrived at same time as our cold food. She never came to check on us either. Restaurant wasn't that busy, so I am unsure why she wasn't able to provide better service. I would be willing to try this restaurant again and see if the service could be better.

Wife and myself were in October 10/25 for the first time. Place had a nice ambience and good music selection. Waitress was eager and friendly, the apps we had with our drinks were quite tasty. Once the table beside us was served I began drooling over the aroma and portion size of their 1/2 chicken and rib combo! I convinced wife to get a take home order so we went with Southern Sampler and a half slab of the side ribs totalling $64 bucks.
I must say, although we were ok with the ribs, we were totally dismayed with what was in the tray of the Southern Sampler. For that kind of money there was not enough in it to feed two 3 year olds let alone 1 or 2 adults!! Perhaps we could not envision what a quarter pound of your products should appear as however I will say we were much more impressed with the portion count on your other dine in guests plates. Our bill total was $112.50 before taxes albeit the quality was decent however we expected better on the quantity.

Best burger that has ever been grilled! The turkey sandwich equally as incredible. The sweet corn bread was the 2nd best I've ever had. Excellent beer and Scotch selection and that is nothing next to the sensational sauces. Easily the best smokehouse in Canada that we have ever been to. Just walking through the door, you are greeted with the mouthwatering aroma of smoked meat. This restaurant exceeds every expectation.

Most amazing brisket I’ve had in my life and I’m from North Carolina. It's a must eat!

It's possible the chili Mac and cheese was just a can of chili and a can of Mac & cheese. Brielle was a great server though!!

We had Smoke and Barrel cater our wedding reception of 70 people. They were incredibly discreet when they delivered and set up the buffet style meal and when they came back to switch out for the late night poutine bar. The food was beyond delicious, excellent portions and they catered to several dietary restrictions. The entire process was easy, the food was amazing and I would 100% recommend Smoke and Barrel to anyone looking for affordable and delicious catering!!!!! Thanks to everyone there who helped make our event a success!

I'm in trouble now for a couple reasons.

I've recently moved back to Kingston and brought my Kiwi fiance with me. There's a place in Christchurch I'm sure I've reviewed here called Smokey T's that I miss immensely!

I'm in trouble because it's taken me months to bring my lady here and we absolutely LOVED it!! ❤️

It may have been our first time but definitely will not be our last.
My fiance had the Gangsta Wrap and was blown away by the idea of the mac n cheese in her wrap, then equally blown away by how incredible it tasted and it was damn good! I had the Brisket Dip myself and yummy barely describes it.

Our server was incredible and we thought she was worried and almost offended that my partner had to share my jus, (which added to her wrap), and she quickly brought a seperate jus out for her. There wasn't much left of either, but we did feel that a dish consisting of your Mac n cheese, just sitting in a bowl of jus would have been devine! 😍

It's nice to have a place that we can comfortably go to and know the food and service will be fantastic and we can't wait to return. Well done to our server for making only her second Long Island Ice tea ever. Was very tasty. 😁👍

I didn't get our servers name but she was great and seemed to be everywhere and serving everyone. Having worked as a server and bartender myself, I appreciate how pleasant and efficient she was. We were in late morning on Sunday Sept 21 if that helps to pass on any accolades. She deserves them! ☺️

Potato salad is the bomb dot com. Excellent catering! Love to see them at events & festivals. Mouthwatering pulled pork and ribs
