Let down, sadly. We've always supported Spearhead. Spearhead is carried in the LCBO in our little village so we've bought it often & we've stopped into the brewery to have a few when we've been in Kingston. We usually buy the Hawaiian. The last several times we purchased some though, they've all exploded upon opening. Each & every one! It was like we had shaken them, but we had not. (Why would we waste a good beer?) Perhaps they are over-carbonated? My spouse complained to Spearhead (along with a video of opening one) & they said they'd make good of it. After several weeks of not receiving anything, my spouse followed up & they said they'd look into it. After still nothing, my spouse followed up again...& no response! That says a lot. We will no longer be supporting Spearhead. There are many other breweries to support instead.

Great looking inside and outside patio bar. Have to go back when open. We we visiting and dropped by Jacob gave us a tour thru you see all the inside makings of the spearhead beer process. Here's some photos.
I recently purchased a keg of "Amber of the North" – a delicious, easy drinking amber that I highly recommend. The customer service that I received from Court was the best I've had in a looooong time. I can say with confidence, I will be a repeat customer.

I'd give this place a 10 star rating if I could. Not only is their beer better than any other in their class, they also have the best patio in Kingston. The staff are all awesome, the taproom is cozy and comfortable, their merch is all cool, they get involved in several local charities and support local small businesses and did I mention their beer is better than anyone else's? You won't be disappointed!
