Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House - Kingston

First time going to Stackrd Pancake, coffee cup was dirty, stained, asked for a new coffee got a bad look from the waitress, got food along with a long hair under my omelet, they replaced with an under cooled one. said they were trying to hurry because of the first one. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, I WILL NEVER TRY AGAIN!!!

I’m putting a review of their business online. This is what I said; Busyness may soon end your business. I was humiliated being asked to leave and make room for other people after our group had eaten our meals and coffee’s spending over $70 and were visiting just over an hour and 20 minutes. This does not have the appearance of a fast food establishment. A table cleaner asked our party to leave the restaurant and though we were winding up this unpleasant experience will not entice me back. If the demand for our table was so urgent a manager should’ve offered our table a certificate towards our next visit, if they had wanted to accommodate a lineup. However it was put upon a table cleaning attendant to ask us to leave. Your lack in Business etiquette could end your busyness. I will not recommend your business

Food was delicious, service was quick & exactly has I ordered. Justice my server was very pleasant & polite!

Went there with 3 friends at 12 noon on a Sunday with no reservations. Place was packed but they said about a 15-20 minute wait. They were pretty true to their word. Waitress was quick to approach us (sorry I didn't get her name). Ordered our food and did not wait long at all for our food to be ready. Food was phenomenal! Each of us ordered different things and there was not one complaint. Highly recommend.

Service was fast and the staff were friendly! Food was excellent!! Didn’t have to wait for a table but started to get really busy with long wait times after 30 mins of sitting

Our utensils were dirty. Server brought us new ones but they were also dirty. They had food and finger prints on them. When we complained the owner blamed his staff and said he would give them an extra 5 mins to make sure they are clean. He didn’t seem to really care. It was a terrible experience. I was sick for 2 days from eating there. I won’t go back. This was at the saint john, Lancaster location.

Staff were friendly and quick.

I was very disappointed by the shrinkflation for their meals that had avocado and guacamole. The avocado toast had a butter thin layer of avocado, and the Mexican hash had a minuscule amount of guacamole. When we asked for this to be amended we were charged more for “side guacamole”

Staff were lovely, service was good, but food was ultimately very disappointing. The avocado toast was a butter-thin spreading of cheap, store bought guac and fell extremely flat. Extra guac was equally small and cost more too.

We had a great Sunday brunch…The food was yummy with a very nice ambience…Nicholle attended us and was very friendly…She made our time even better…

I really like the Southwest Benedict here, and Nicholle is amazing to talk to every time we visit for breakfast
