I had a fantastic experience at Starbucks today, thanks to Erica! From the moment I walked in, staff greeted me with a warm smile and were incredibly helpful in taking my order. Staff were patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted.
Not only was my drink perfectly made, but Erica also went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. It's always a pleasure to be served by someone who genuinely enjoys their job and cares about customers.

Further update: after 4 visits in one month to this location, my drinks have been incorrectly made twice.
After waiting in what seemed like a forever-line at the drive thru, this location was out of almost all available types of milk. They then proceeded to make a Sugar Cookie Latte with fat free milk, and charged me $7.20 for a disgusting beverage. Obscene pricing for an item not even able to be made correctly.

Although the service here is good, the ambiance and atmosphere are seriously lacking. One square space with a bunch of tables and chairs and a large storage locker along one wall. Built for efficiency rather than comfort.

Shoutout to the amazing staff at the Highway 15 location. Ethan served my ice water and a delicious Bacon Gouda sandwich. He asked me if I wanted ketchup and I didn’t. I’m in the parking lot writing this review because every Starbucks should be like the one close to me. Thanks :)
Parking: It’s a large Rio Can like parking lot. Lots of room.
Kid-friendliness: My kids do arts and crafts there all the time.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not required. The door is on flat ground and there are small ramps of concrete but no barriers.

Shoutout to the amazing staff who were super awesome who took the extra step to help make sure everything was safe for me with my food allergies. They really went above and beyond offering to take the extra time to clean equipment so I didn't have to worry about cross contamination
To a Starbucks loyalist, the products are in-line with what I would expect in terms of quality, but what really sets this location apart in my mind is their inclusive employment practices and efforts to hire people with disabilities. Please keep up your great work in this regard!
