The staff was extremely rude. Helen needs to know how to treat paying customers. We came 20 mins before closing and were treated like we made a mistake that we were there.

At a Starbucks this was one of the worst experiences. We went into the store. 4 cars in drive thru and only one person in line infront of us. We waited in the line up for about 5 mins while staff passed by us and the other customer waiting still to order. Some staff stocking up, some in drive thru and no one on the cash register. We waited a couple more minutes before my kids and I decided to leave. We left and still the other custome was waiting to order. I dont usually say much bad about this but to just walk by multiple times. Look over, not call another staff out to take orders.

Went in to sit and enjoy a beverage however no seating available due to +++ tables taken up with laptops .
Asked behind counter about policy on time allotted for sitting and there is not policy just as long as you order a drink.
This need to be addressed as now I have my feet do the choosing and just walk past Starbucks now.

The cashiers seem not care at all and it seemed like we were an inconvenience to them. You need to be more welcoming to your customers and do better suggestions. It felt like the barista wasn't aware of what drinks they serve.

I ordered 2 coffee at this location and ask her (supervisor)to add 2 cm hot milk on top of my coffee she charged me for each 3.50$ extra and I never seen in other branches😞when I ask her I always order my coffee like this but never charge me she said unfortunately no😒

Came in on a cold, rainy day and ordered a double cortado — wanted something strong and good to warm me up. There was a long line, both drive-thru and inside, but that didn’t bother me. This place usually moves fast.

Except this time, everyone around me was getting served
 except me. I kept waiting and waiting until finally I went up and asked, “Where’s my cortado?” They told me they didn’t even have it on file. How is that possible? Then suddenly: “Oh, we’re just getting it now.”

So basically, my order only started after everyone else was already served. By then, I was running late — I had to be somewhere at 4 p.m. I ended up being late because I kept waiting for this coffee they messed up. Being late wasn’t even the worst part. I literally had no time, so when they finally handed me the cup, I just grabbed it and walked out.

And let me tell you
 whatever that was, it was not a cortado. It tasted like burnt coffee — the worst coffee I’ve ever had. For over $10, plus tip, plus tax? Extremely disappointing. The staff were polite, but the attitude was basically “whatever.”

Really, really disappointed. I expected better.

Everyone at the store is lovely and always helpful and friendly but I will say 8/10 times I order just a regular coffee it gets missed or the cup with my name sits on the counter being ignored as the other drinks are being made it took 15 minutes to get from the time I mobile ordered and it’s a regular occurrence to have to ask someone to get it as I see the cup sitting there.

Today my friends and I had exceptional service from this Starbucks!! I’d specifically like to say that Rachu (I believe that was his name) went out of his way to make sure we all had an incredible study session. One of us made a mistake and he didn’t think twice before helping us fix it! Definitely will be back. With love, the gals from the couch corner

Starbucks is an experience on its own. Tim Hortons could never! 😉
This store specifically is fantastic and the girls that were working until close last night (Sept. 26) are absolute gems! Super friendly and informative! I forgot to catch the name of the one who served us at the window and again in store. I hope her Monday's always feel like Friday's!
