This store specifically is fantastic and the girls that were working until close last night (Sept. 26) are absolute gems! Super friendly and informative! I forgot to catch the name of the one who served us at the window and again in store. I hope her Monday's always feel like Friday's!

Poor service, you donāt receive correct orders and they never provide you any condiments even after telling the staff and management multiple times our order comes with condiments they never pay attention or read the order. Iāve been to many locations of Starbucks and never had so much head ache over the same thing after they said they would fix the issue. I highly donāt not recommend ordering or visiting here.

Arrived with a friend with a walker. She ordered and they said they would call her name when done. After a significant time. I politely asked why it was taking so long. The response by these young women was we are busy...I observed that 4 of them were standing around talking. I again asked about the coffee and someone said here...on the counter..no they did not call her name. Rude service. I definitely would not recommend going here. No acknowledgement of a handicap person and certainly unacceptable service.
I certainly wouldn't recommend this Starbucks. Staff should be polite. Not rude.

Delivery: I ordered 5 times in a week. Tuesday they forgot my sandwich, delivered the drink. Friday, they forgot the drink, delivered the sandwich. No comment.

Ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich, with no egg ... received a breakfast sandwich with no sausage and only egg. Called store, I can go back and they will give me what I ordered, but doesn't do me much good now. So disappointed.

I voiced my concern at the cashier inside that the sign at the drive through indicating that the debit machine was down was not noticeable and we were caught in the line up only having a debit card. The sign should have been bigger and more noticeable. The cashier appeared annoyed at me and very dismissive of my concerns. For the price you pay for any beverage at Starbucks the staff should be way more pleasant in my opinion.

An excellent Starbucks in Kingston, conveniently located near the DriveTest center. The place is clean and, though crowded, it has a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is happy and welcoming, and orders are taken and delivered quickly. Thereās plenty of parking available, although the drive-thru is always busy. Highly recommended!

Dont drink pumpkin spice latte, one of the ingredient is linked ammonia it contains cancer causing agents check the other drinks too if your health is priority than this drink

They always ruin my drink. I drink it regularly but everytime i get it from this location. They make it horrible. They donāt even mix the syrups. White mocha syrup is always sitting at the bottom and after leaving drive thru you canāt even get a stirrer. Do a better job guys we donāt pay for such expensive drinks to get them ruined!!!!!!

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS AT DRIVE THRU

Wednesday oct 2nd at approx 1230 in the drive through, a very bad experience at Starbucks.
Ordered a honey citrus mint tea, asked to sub the tea to mind tea which no one else has an issue either ever, but the girl taking the oder got mad me for asking for that and said āi am not substituting anythingā and instead charged me extra to make the honey citrus mint tea i has asked for.
I am a regular at Starbucks but i feel the brand is really not hiring the right people because when on average we pay $6 to $8 for a drink we expect to be treated with respect. This is not a one off incident i notice this more and more at a lot of locations.
I will advise stay away from this location atleast!
