Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I called the day before to confirm they would have the Bear Cup and was told yes. So I showed up at 5:00 AM in the freezing cold, 30 minutes before opening, along with several other people who were also waiting.

The staff saw us standing there the entire time. One employee (short, blonde, glasses) even came outside just to tell me not to zoom in with my camera, yet still didn’t bother to let us know they didn’t have the item. Instead, she let us all freeze for another 15 minutes for no reason.

Then she finally opened the door, she barely pushed it open and walked away without even acknowledging us. When we asked about the Bear Cup, she responded with pure attitude: ā€œDo you see any here?ā€ ( obviously the workers bought it and kept them for themselves) Starbucks need to do something about this and especially that worker.

I am disgusted with this location. I had called yesterday to inquire about the new bearista cup and was told they would have them available today as long as I showed up when they opened. I showed up this morning 30 mins before opening in the freezing cold and waited. Then a very rude employee came to the door at 5:30 when they opened and informed us that they didn’t have the cup. She was very rude and pointed at the display and said ā€œit’s not there clearlyā€. I told the girl that I called yesterday and asked if they were going to have it and she said yeah we didn’t get any. I just called an hour later just to make sure they weren’t lying to us this morning, and the lady on the phone sharply told me that they had sold out at 5 AM and they had a line outside. Funny thing is, I was the first person in line and when I got there, they told me they didn’t have any cups. The story is not adding up. I would hate to think that the employees took the cups before they were even available for the public because that’s not right, and I would also hope that the employee didn’t lie to me in person or on the phone because that’s extremely wrong. This needs to be rectified as I am not happy with the situation.

This location has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received. And quite frankly I think head office needs to do a complete overhaul of the management and supervisors they have running this location. My partner got me a gift card for $50 at this location but when I went to put the gift card onto my Starbucks app, it said there was only $35.72. I called the store 3 separate times to try and figure out if they could resolve this issue, and had asked each person I talked to if they could get a manager to call me back. I never received a call or any helpful information. Me and my partner went into the store thinking if we go in person with the gift card and the proof of purchase someone could help us. The supervisor stood there with a grin on her face and said there was nothing they could do for me as it’s been over a week since the purchase… this irritated me since I’ve already been calling the store for over a week without any help. The manager has been in the store multiple times since I called the first time so I don’t understand why she couldn’t give me a call back. If this is how this location handles all customers complains I’m surprised they even have any customers. I won’t be back to this location, and I’ll be putting in a complaint to head office about this situation.

The worst starbucks ever, I ordered via mobile app a food and americano misto, I waited literally more than 15 minutes for Americano histo while my sandwich get fully cold , when I asked the reason I have been waiting for so long, they immediately showed the attitude and said many orders they have, but I asked if these orders were ahead of me, they couldn't answer it, you guys are proving service worse than any tim hortons cafe shop, shame on you guys... never ever again!

This location does not know what light ice is. We are entitled to order our drinks the way we want them. Sick of this. I swear when I ask for light ice I get more than normal just to spite me. My light ice drink has more ice than my ice water 🫠🄶🤯 if you do not know how to type it into your machine it is add extra base and add extra lemonade. Why is this not the only review about this but it keeps happening.

I always use the app to order ahead. Since being told I'm showing up too quickly after placing the app order, I've made sure to not show up before the app says to arrive. Even then though, I'm being told 'oh we just got your order a few minutes ago' and that I was 'lucky' it was ready on time.

If me showing up when the app says is a problem, then complain about your app, not about your customer who is trying to do the right thing by ordering ahead and leaving a tip every time.

I just get my drink from Starbucks 1151 division st and there is an Indian man who was making drinks he has gold chain in his neck he was really rude as I also work in customer service but I didn’t like his attitude as I was waiting on my drink from more then 8 minutes I just asked him that can u please make my drink quickly as I have to go to work but the replies so rude that attitude is so inappropriate I see it was just and the have a lot of orders but giving a rude attitude is not good if your shirt staff it’s not customers fault so he needs to change his attitude .

Staff was super rude. Not understanding and quite inflexible. I had to come inside with my puppy and two small kids for one minute while we waited for our mobile order because an aggressive dog was outside.
