Was there this morning and wanted to update my review from 4 to 5 stars! I wish I could have got the girls name who was working drive thru bc she was absolutely AMAZING! Fast, friendly, on point!

I always use the app to order ahead. Since being told I'm showing up too quickly after placing the app order, I've made sure to not show up before the app says to arrive. Even then though, I'm being told 'oh we just got your order a few minutes ago' and that I was 'lucky' it was ready on time.

If me showing up when the app says is a problem, then complain about your app, not about your customer who is trying to do the right thing by ordering ahead and leaving a tip every time.

I just get my drink from Starbucks 1151 division st and there is an Indian man who was making drinks he has gold chain in his neck he was really rude as I also work in customer service but I didn’t like his attitude as I was waiting on my drink from more then 8 minutes I just asked him that can u please make my drink quickly as I have to go to work but the replies so rude that attitude is so inappropriate I see it was just and the have a lot of orders but giving a rude attitude is not good if your shirt staff it’s not customers fault so he needs to change his attitude .

Brutal! Bought a couple summer berry lemonades, paid $$$$ for a cup filled with 3/4 of ice and a sprinkle of raspberry pearls. Biggest rip off

Staff was super rude. Not understanding and quite inflexible. I had to come inside with my puppy and two small kids for one minute while we waited for our mobile order because an aggressive dog was outside.

Very disappointed with the service at this Starbucks location. I clearly instructed the barista to add very little ice to my drink, but they still used the regular scoop without paying attention. When I pointed it out, another barista made a new drink—but without even confirming what the original order was, which led to more confusion.
Then came a girl with two ponytails, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. She started saying we shouldn’t get a new drink if we had already finished the first one- the new drink barista made was sitting there untouched and already wasted. WE WEREN’T TRYING TO GET A NEW DRINK; WE SIMPLY WANTED THEM TO LISTEN CAREFULLY TO CUSTOMER INSTRUCTIONS.
The lack of accountability and poor communication among staff was shocking. Rather than resolving the issue politely, they acted arrogantly and dismissively. Definitely not the kind of service you'd expect from Starbucks.

Was there this morning. Staff at Starbucks rarely disappoints and my visit was no exception. Everyone was friendly and cheerful, really efficient too. It’s nice to get a breakfast sandwich that’s different from your typical English muffin type from time to time.

I love Starbucks and the staff here are pretty amazing as well the only thing that is brutal about all the Starbucks world wide is the prices. How do they feel good about charging customers $6.95 for a cup of flavored water? It blows my mind it really does or $3.95 for a small piece of a waffle. Like come on bring the prices down a little there's no way they can't as they have made fortunes upon fortunes charging customers these ridiculous prices!

Starbucks was the last fast-food stop I still supported, but recent experiences are making me seriously reconsider. The drive-thru has been closed three times in one week — at a location right off the highway, in a high-traffic area, with barely any parking. That’s a major inconvenience, especially for people on the go. I get that things happen, but this has become a pattern.

Time to tighten things up — this just isn’t cutting it.

I ordered white chocolate macadamia cold brew. I have tried it multiple times as it’s my favourite but this time it was disappointing. Didn’t taste like a Starbucks drink.
