Rio can Starbucks (on Taylor Kidd) is just constantly throwing drinks out the door without reading what the customer even wants. Today I ordered a VENTI white chocolate mocha with NO whip. This is what I recieved. If they took less time writing on cups and actually reading each order maybe it wouldn’t be such a shit show. But unfortunately that’s not the case.

I order a drink I always order at other Starbucks but it just tasted so bad, I couldn’t even finished it, I don’t know if they really added what I asked but it was just horrible, I wouldn’t complain but for the price I pay I feel is not fair 🥲 also they took to long for my order.

The staff at this Starbucks is exceptional, probably the best of all the Starbucks I've been to. The recent renovations have missed the mark however - more geared for rushing customers out the door then having them stay.

Taylor Kidd has been my go to for quite some time. But I had an experience the other day that didn’t impress me. The reason I like Starbucks is 1. the staff are friendly 2. the place is very clean and 3. I really enjoy the product. But I had a bad experience the other day. I ordered a latte and when I got to my car and started sipping on it I thought this is much closer to cappuccino than a latte. So I took it back in and asked if I could get a bit more milk in it. Turns out they don’t do that once the product has left the store. I understand that but the woman who waited on me was so rude about it. She looked like it was taking everything she had to hold back her anger. I told her I'm sorry...it’s just too strong...I can’t drink it the way it is. So she said she would make me a new one. OK that’s good. I hated to waste the one I had in my hand but to me it was undrinkable. There was a fair bit of conversation around the whole thing that made me feel quite bad. It ended with her telling me impatiently "You can throw that in the garbage." I said well I'm reluctant to do that because it’s full of liquid....should we dump it first? And she snarled at me "that’s what the garbage is there for" The whole incident left a bad taste. So later I bought an espresso machine for at home and I won’t be going back. As I said my number one reason was the staff at Starbucks and that was a complete put off. I had never seen her there before. Maybe she was upset because Starbucks docks their pay? I hope not.

Worst staff I have seen ever. They all are so friendly no doubt but more than that the staff keeps on talking with each other which keeps customers on waiting! There were 6 people at a time but can’t handle the rush of 7-8 customers, like for 6 people it’s too easy but this staff is engage between their stuffs! Worst one seriously so frustrated!

On a Sunday morning kicked my son and his three toddlers out of the store for being disruptive. No “warning”. No other customers in store . Reported to the company. No follow up or concerns other than they wished me a good day. Families not welcome at this store.
