I enjoy coming to this Starbucks during the off season when students have left campus (no offense) and the lines are minimal. Mitchell Hall staff are lucky to have this right outside our offices! The staff are wonderful and know me by name often memorizing my order. Thank you for tending to my caffeine and treat cravings!

The cashier was unpleasant. I asked for short size and she made a face, and when telling the other barista what I ordered (a decaf coffee), she said “just give her whatever”.
So unnecessarily rude.

Barely a line up, with eight employees standing behind the counter doing nothing, my drink was incorrect and waited 20 minutes for a peppermint mocha. Slay bc I got to keep the messed up drink

I ordered a dragon fruit drink and I asked SPECIFICALLY FOR NO ICE and the lady that took my order totally ignored it. The drink is 80% of ice like it's a total ripoff.

Slowest service of any Starbucks. It’s as though the employees have no sense of urgency or need to expedite, blatantly moving at a glacial pace. It should not take 20 minutes to order and receive a coffee. Priority is always given to mobile orders instead of patrons in-house. The only saving grace is that majority of the employees have a kind and warm disposition, but they need to work faster. It’s unacceptable.

There were about 8 employees, waited for my drink for 15+ minutes and it was not at all the drink I ordered, they specifically asked me if I wanted whipped cream I said yes and they didn’t do it. I only noticed this after I had walked away but do better.
