I had an absolutely rough 3 days, I went to Starbucks this morning around 10:10 am to have something pleasant to start my day, I got a medium caramel macchiato, the absolutely lovely person at the drive through window gave me my drink on the house because it took to long to make. I cried all the way to work because someone was kind to me and because something positive finally happened. So to that wonderful human, thank you so much you made my week. ?
This Starbucks location is fantastic. They really try to connect with you in all aspects of the experience. They don't have a public washroom and are just a grab and go due to that, and they explained it so well to me! They can't display it due to the company itself and don't have a public washroom thanks to everyone in the world wanting to use it and the employees were waiting in line just to use it! This is the best starbucks ever. I come here and the workers are always smiling and greeting me when I walk in. They always try their best and they make all drinks with love. Yes it is a grab and go location but they still try to make it a warm and welcoming space. Best service ever
