Never had an issue with this place until today. Unless you guys have trained your new staff differently, asking for light ice no longer means actually light ice. Not worth the 8$ drink anymore when it's half ice and the baristas argue with you about it. About 5 solid sips and i'm halfway, these used to last me a long time.

This was the most disappointing Starbucks I’ve visited so far. The drinks were underwhelming.. there was no restroom available for customers, and not a single table to sit at. It lacked the convenience and special touch that usually come with Starbucks. Overall, it felt quite unappealing. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

I wouldn't recommend this place. There are no public bathrooms and nowhere to sit. It's not your typical friendly Starbucks. Instead, head across the street to Crave Coffee House or another welcoming Starbucks in the area.

The latte tasted like warm milk watered down and the smoked bacon breakfast sandwich was tasteless also. So disappointed ?

Olivia is such a wonderful server, always serves with a smile.
Not a complaint just thought this was funny. I was given with my herb n garlic cream cheese bagel a pack of ketchup, sriracha and a fork. Buttering my bagel was interesting this morning, first time with a fork ? otherwise love this Starbucks, get lots of my work lunches from here! Lovely people as well :)

I thought they sell Brown Sugar or Toasted Vanilla Syrup, but I was wrong. That defeats the purpose of having Expresso Nespresso machine, if Starbucks does not sell other flavor of syrup like Toasted Vanilla nor Brown Sugar Syrup. Starbucks only selective syrup.
