This Starbucks is amazing! I love how casual the workers are and that they can still have fun and talk to each other while on the job. It feels light and relaxed that way, as they are still attentive to customers, but they can still converse with each other as if they’re good friends. The drinks are made with great detail and attention, and are very delicious. Thank you for today! I really enjoyed my gingerbread latte.

I absolutely love the workers at this location. theyre all so kind and genuinely care about their customers and they take time to remember things if you go there regularly, (how you like your drink and what drink etc) theyre quick, if they mess up they take accountability and remake your drink. the workers here make the drinks worth every dollar. Absolutely love each and every worker here. amazing experience every single time.

I went there after a morning of shopping and I was really over heated as I am pregnant and really just needed water. Google said that they give water away for free with ice and in a grande cup. So I went up and asked, the lady at the cash was in my opinion very rude. I asked for a cup of ice water and she said, “ no you have to purchase something to get water” and I said “oh?” And she said “ya, if you’re thirsty there’s a fountain in the mall” and I was just so shocked and my friend was with me and stepped in and said she’ll buy a cake pop and it was just so awkward and I’m so thankful for my friend but ya just so rude to suggest the fountain and why would they say they give water for free and then not? Idk. Just rude how she handled it.

No employee said names on drinks just set them down expected every customer to turn over every drink to find our name. Which is disgusting, great way to spread germs. Maybe use your voice and call the order name so you dont have 60 people standing in the lobby waiting for there drinks that have been there for 20 mins. Absolutely terrible service.

I am from the states and a previous Starbucks manager… this location was hands down one of the best Starbucks experiences I have ever had. All staff were happy and friendly. They went above and beyond for customers including myself. Way to go gang, keep it up 👏🏼

I do not like giving bad reviews but after trying this place a few times I sadly have to. They were out of dark coffee and milk again and when I ask for a second cup to split my coffee with my GF they said no because they only come with a purchase.
