brutal. i buy a Starbucks coffee 1.5 hours earlier up the highway, i drive up and order another Grande Americano and i ask her to take my empty Starbucks cup in return for the new full one and she says we don’t take “garbage”. I said keep your coffee then. No wonder Starbucks stores are closing everywhere. More competition and worse customer service. 👎 McCafe here i come.

They don't collect stars at the enRoutes!!! The one in Odessa was out of many items, so ordering was interesting. There is plenty of parking available, and if you need the bathroom, you must go into the main enRoute building.
