I stopped here on my road trip to grab a drink. When I received my order, it was the wrong drink. When I went back to complain about it, Anureema fix it without hesitation excellent service. Thank you. 😁
They don't collect stars at the enRoutes!!! The one in Odessa was out of many items, so ordering was interesting. There is plenty of parking available, and if you need the bathroom, you must go into the main enRoute building.
Rajvir at Starbucks was so helpful in picking out the perfect drink for me! She took the time to listen to what I was in the mood for and recommended something I'd never tried before—it was delicious! Her friendly and attentive service really made my visit special. Highly recommend!
