The buns are always soft and fresh and the windows provide a view of downtown Kingston.
They have Wifi here and the washrooms aren't locked. The restaurant has stairs so it would be difficult to access if you have a mobility issue.
There are no Caucasian people working here.

I came here to get the sub the other night and waited at the counter for a little bit with no service. There was a male staff cleaning tables and I could see a female staff sitting in the back room. I asked the male staff if anybody was working tonight. He just nodded, went to the back and got the female staff to come to the front. They both looked at eachother then at me and smirked at eachother. They did this several times. It's really disappointing to be treated with such disrespect after simply asking for service. This seems to be a trend among certain fast food restaurants now-being treated as though you're doing them a disservice by being a customer
