When to go get my food just to find out that this restaurant is permanently closed

No toaster for months? Not sure how a subway runs without a toaster, problem should have been solved ages ago

I came here today for a subwayI really had an amazing experience with the staff their names are Gagan and Dhara.Really was pleased to have an excellent customer service from them.They were very friendly and polite. Specially Gagan she is such an amazing employee.
I never catch her name but she is a good worker and looks out for her customers! Once the spinach was a bit off and she told me not to have it that night.

Tried to order from overnight employee who was instantly dismissive of me because the toaster wasn't working. I asked for a makeable sandwich and was told no then he looked away to ignore me immediately. He clearly didn't consider a customer worth his time under any circumstance.

My sandwich bun was so stale it crunched as if it had been toasted (it wasn't their toaster was broken) all the meat and cheese was crammed to the left and veggies to the right, mayo shoved at the end of the sub...she was also wearing headphones the entire time ?

So I've gone to the subway on 4 separate occasions every time they where out of pretty much every veggies and and is usually out of the bread I like. On the last occasion the machine didn't even work so we couldn't get food yet they where still open. This is the only subway in Kingston I have these problems

Louise good because you can ask for exactly what you want but the minimum chip on their card reader is 15%? There should be an option to drop one two three four
